I understand football especially match result days will mean most to the world but we've walked the town and no NO MUSIC at all was played in the several pubs we went to ! Now how I understand this is of importance to many to us as wife mother we just want to dance sing get merry andLive life !! From a very desparate mother of 3 please regardless to football been played on your screens to think about us ladies who need more to Han football many thanks moi xxx

Brilliant night out .DJ on the weekend is fantastic with big green hair and beard!!Lovely well kept pub with staff always serving you with a smile 😃.Definitely go there and try it out you will enjoy it .Prices are where they should be aswell , most places these days charge through nose + when your on your way back home there's plenty food places round the corner if you haven't already ate at the Green Dragon .To the Scotsman with that huge green hair thanks for a great weekend your music is epic !!!

Top pub and good for the Football

This place has always been a great place to stop for a drink and/or a bite to eat. Located in a historic town centre street, its a Brill place to stop when shopping or on a pub crawl. The pub is in great condition, and since Simon took over as manager it has always maintained a high level of cleanliness. And most importantly, It has nice cheap fruity cider on tap!

Just popped in for a coffee as a break from Xmas shopping!Hadn't been before but was really impressed. Lovely comfortable friendly pub.Didn't sample the food but it looked great. Will definitely be back for a meal soon!

Love going to this pub for our lunch on a saturday when we are in Darlington. The meals are well worth the money. Always tasty and very well presented x
