Happy Chef in Darlington

Had a beef curry from here last night. It's not something i would normally order, but the menu said i could ask for it to be mild. It was lovely, and the beef was tender. Deffo order again!

Was in town from out of town. Read the great reviews so gave Happy Chef, Sung's a shot. Absolutely spot on! Hot, fresh, good quality and great portions. Will be back and will recommend! First class service and a very warm welcome from front of house. Just try it. You won't be disappointed. Fact.

Where do I start? Start to finish the service and the quality of the food produced is high standard. Suzie the lady who takes the orders provides great customer experience very friendly. I have tried many Chinese takeaways and this one tops them all. Would highly recommend Happy Chef and the delivery is fast and friendly. The prices are cheap but the food is top quality.Thank you Happy Chef for providing such wonderful food and a great service.

Ordered 2 of the munchie boxes from happy chef after seeing them recommended, the food arrived hot and within the time stated. It was very tasty and didn't last long...

Very nice meal and the service was excellent. The generous portion sizes meant it was Chinese for supper the following day too

Got a selection of dishes n the crispy Cantonese chicken in sweet n sour sauce was very nice, the rest was okay n the chips were very greasy, however the customer service was great changed a dish for us no problem but previous food had to be reheated due to the delay, may try again unsure just now.

First time ordering and we found the lady friendly and helpful. Didn't wait long for our order. Ordered crispy squid (just not crispy but still tasty) and a portion of chips was missing from one main order (luckily the rice was enough for two) apart from that we would order again but will make sure all our order is there 😁

Fast delivery and big portions. Never got an order wrong and food always piping hot. My favourites are salt and pepper starters and roast duck in Peking sauce. Sweet chilli chicken is also very tasty. Chips spot on and also have loyalty card.

Quality, flavoursome meals everytime. Very generous portions, meals arrive piping hot and delivery in less than 30 minutes. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
