Kfc in Darlington

It was nice. But then again I was really hungry. This KFC is not always the best as much of the chicken sold is not fresh but very dry. On this occasion it was OK. The past twice not so good.

Slow service limited menu, order incorrect, very hit and miss as to wether open staff not so great needs a staff compliment

Placed an order theough just eat, and the driver delivered my order to the wrong house, just eat refused to help whatsoever and just said they would investigate, and would get a response in a few days!Called the store and the manager (Andrew) was so helpful, 10/10 for his manner and professionalism, despite it not really being his problem, can't thank him enough, the food was lovely too when we did finally get to eat.

The staff were fantastic and provided am excellent level of Customer service. The food was also good and fairly priced.

2 hairs I’ve found in my food (one inside the burger)! And to top it off two of my items were missing from the order! I never get the correct order, something is always missing when I order from here.

Waited a whole 30 minutes to get served even tho they stood there clearly see me waiting but more focus on the delivery drivers. Ordered a snapbox and a Milky Way Krusham the snap box was frezzing cold and the Krusham had black stuff in. Discusting

Been having KFC chicken hot wings for years and I was very disappointed Wednesday at 4pm ,when I bought 11 hot wings which felt like chewy and really dark brown in colour . Clearly that shows rhey haven't changed the cooking oil for days Or the oil fryer haven't been cleaned for days .The only KFC in Darlington that had a decent service has also gone down hill .I always wonder why can't KFC look at McDonald's business model and learn something?

One of the best KFCs I've been too, hot well cooked food, what more do you want

Went to the drive through, the staff were really friendly. Had the boneless banquet and it was delicious. My only negative comment would be they could be a bit more generous with the portions of chips.

Appalling! Stuck in the drive thru for 25mins with only 2 cars in front of me! Pathetic. Under staffed apparently. As if people have half an hour available to sit uselessly waiting in the drive thru unable to escape and cancel their order.No consideration for their customers at all.
