La Roma in Darlington

Have ordered from these for ages without issue but recently wherever we order a garlic bread they send out the wrong size which leaves the rest of the food to go cold while we wait for another one to be delivered and that means waiting at least half an hour. The food is nice but only if they deliver the right ones. Lost a long time customer after the repeated hassle.

Friendly service,never been here before, I asked for creamed cabbage with the rest of our order, to which I was told there wasn't any, but one of the staff ( I wish I got his name) said he could make me some I was so grateful and I'm not kidding it was the best I've ever had from anywhere, the rest of the food was lovely too, I would definitely recommend

What an absolute shambles. Waited ages and delivered no chilli or garlic sauce. Avoid. Pure garbage.

Don’t order from this place because they don’t know how to read receipts. Our order clearly stated 2 French fries as an extra side. I opened the bag and what a surprise! No French fries! I’ve gathered from this that these jokemen were clearly in set 10 at school and needed further intervention after school👍

There always decline your order via Darlo eats. Waste of time then it takes 3 days to get your money back

La roma was always our go to place, we couldn't fault the food but today they have a new chef, nearly two hours waiting for 4 meals and a garlic bread, ordered through darlo eats, never again. La roma you have lost a customer today. Food missing and what was sent inedible, then when we phone up, you don't when it will be sent out. Disgraceful, people beware used to be fab but now your heading for paying for meals that don't arrive and probably a good case of illness.

Ordered sheesh kebab meat was chewy pitta was not cooked or even cut or stuffed with nothing. It was dumped on top of chip takeaway box. Poor presentation. First order and bloody last.5 star on just eat don't think so!

Food arrived over an hour and a half earlier than we wanted it and one of the pizzas was wrong, rang up and asked for replacement at time we actually wanted it, which they accepted and came and took the food away.Food then arrived on the correct time but it was the old food they took back, absolutely disgusting, will not be returning

I use to like this place, the food is fantastic, I'm a regular customer aswell, with in a week from my last order they have messed up, last week ordered 2 kebabs and only one turned up even the delivery driver had to put there 2 penith in last thing that place would want is custom, so I thought maybe it be a one off, but nope 2 hours I've waited on my food all because my order had gone else where, now its arrived, my pizza isn't even warm. Never in 4 years have I had this. Even 10 minutes late it still be steaming, even the chicken doesn't looked cook

Just had a delivery from La Roma and it was possibly one of the worst takeaways we've had for a long time! Kebab meat was disgusting, the Chicken Kebab was mostly gristle and the pizza was terrible! Sorry but you have just lost our custom!
