Little India in Darlington

Slightly biased because I used to work here. Food is great, especially the Bengal Special Curry. Unfortunately, delivery timing isn’t great but the good food compensates for that. Used to be some quality staff here, shame they got sacked 🤣

Good vegetable curry. Onion Bhajis are excellent. Here and neighbouring Bengal Heritage are my favourite local curry houses.

Have been ordering takeaways from Little India for a few years and never disappointed..... but tonight, wow.Best meal I have eaten. Chicken Chili Masala!MESSAGE TO THE OWNERS... Don't let the Chef who cooked tonights meal leave.Delicious

This was the best chicjen jalfrazi ive had in a long time, proper chicken. My son had a lamb house special he said no fat in lamb, beautiful just fell apart in mouth. I would have given a 4.5 but they forgot my rice. Will order again. Thank you

We have used little India on numerous occasions and never had a bad meal. I don’t know if they have a new chef but tonight was very poor may be some time before we use again

28th July 2019 We ordered a set meal for 2 to be delivered and I must say it was delicious very tasty more than enough for 2 as well, delivery was on time which the driver was very pleasent too well done little India, we'll be regulars from now on

Had great food from here a few times, but tonight the guys from Little India surpassed expectations. I went to pick the food up tonight, whilst waiting, I had to take a late night business call, they carried my order to my car! These guys always under promise and always over deliver. The food tonight was superb. They gave us so much food, so guess what we are having tomorrow for supper! Nice one guys, love your ethos.

Don't know much about Indian food, but tried here- ordered chicken Hariali after seeing it recommended in these comments. It was next level. Absolutely delicious. Much better than any Chinese takeaway. Proper Quality food. The guy was very polite on phone and order came quickly. I will be ordering here again. No more Chinese takeaways!

I placed a party order for 25 Indians who is used to home cooking Indian food. The food was delivered on time, hot and fresh. The food was as good as or better than home cooked. Taste was perfect. Quantity was more than adequate with enough for 2 generous helpings (the chef at little India advised me on the number of portions to order!). All my friends were impressed and left good reviews. Will use them again often. I dont think i will settle for any other take away or Indian restaurant in Darlington. Absolutely impressed every bit. Keep it up.
