McDonald's in Darlington

Ordered 3milkshakes and some food from morton park, drive through girl was pretty rude when we checked the food was the right order, got 3different milkshakes live 2mins from there to find 2milkshakes were looking like milkshakes and 1 like murky water not even half full, tried ringing no answer from mc d's will call in person see what they have to say.

Ordered a full size Mcflurry but was only about a quarter full. If I wanted a small one I'd order the smaller one.

Honestly always the same, long queues, nothing fast about the food from this branch, resulting in jot drinks being like warm because of the wait for food. Fries were soggy and grandbig mac was tasteless. Be giving it a wide berth until I forget how rubbish it is.

Ordered through just eat. They gave a "thumbs up". Then nothing arrived for 2 hours. I had to phone the restaurant to find that out. They said chase just eat for a refund which I'll have to. What a horrible experience.

Went in with a disabled person, lady working there was exceptionally helpful, food was fresh, chips were clean and crisp, well done

Every time we go they get the order wrong and we usually do the drive thru so this time I went in the shop thinking it would be better everything was OK til we got to the chicken salad and they'd charged us for it but only given us a box of lettuce I'm absolutely fuming you've had so much money out of us for food we've never actually been given its disgusting

Absolutely shocking this place. Ordered a few times and there was always something missing from our order but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Ordered tonight, a happy meal each for the kids, a burger each for me and my partner. Order came and was missing a happy meal, rang and spoke to a woman who said that we hadn’t ordered 2 and had only ordered 1 (even though it even said 2 on the receipt and on my order on just eat) argued for a few mins she was adamant that I only ordered one and she was so sure because she packed it herself. She then realised that we had ordered 2 but said we would just have to go through just eat for a refund - they wouldn’t send the other happy meal out that I had already paid for. Checked the 1 happy meal that did come and the chicken nuggets weren’t even in there it was just fries and a toy!! So rang back up and they just said the same - to get in touch with just eat for a refund. Ridiculous they must have about 3 brain cells between the lot of them will not be ordering again.

Arrived with my friends and ordered my food, and apparently they shouted 6 times for collection?Now I'm not a fence post and could easily hear if they spoke up!!! They started to escalate the situation by closing all tables and leaving us to sit in the corridor floor with our food before shouting at us for using kitchen trolleys as tables. Totally unacceptable. I thought McDonald's was a restaurant chain, not a joke?

Best McDonald’s in the area rarely have a problem the only time I have is the odd occasion I have to wait a bit longer than usual

Average McDonald’s,Was rammed in the drive thru on a Saturday evening.. decided to eat in as it seemed quicker.. 15-20 minutes wait from ordering to receiving food.. food was on point and hit the spot.. definitely needs support from above to help with productivity!
