Love the pizzas from here

Decided to give them a second chance after reading good reviews. We stopped using them as they were always very late. Ordered at 18.15 Told it would be 45 minutes. Food arrived, finally, at 20.19.4 very hungry and grumpy children and 2 annoyed adults. Will not be using again.Being honest about how long the food will take to arrive means people can make a choice to wait or go elsewhere. Lying about how long it will take is disappointing.

We pre ordered food, they turned up 40 minutes early. Told them to come back with fresh food at the right time as we were putting our baby to bed. Eventually came back with what turned out to be the same food. Cold. Wooden. And late haha. You have to laugh. New pizza shop for us.

I ordered a spicy chicken Kebab which wasn't spicy or wasn't cooked with any spices. The salad I was given was brown and the food was barely warm. When I took the Kebab back the young man working was nothing but rude and he would not listen to anything I said. The older man realised that the order was wrong and tried to help but the young man wouldn't allow him to. I will not be ever ordering from this place again.

Decided to work here as a delivery driver and at first it was fine it was easy money and a second income. After the first shift I noticed on a few occasions when adding up that they had tried to scam me out of a few quid quite obviously but I let it slide when I brought it up. After a few shifts named locations weren’t spelled right and even coming up on maps which was apparently my fault which led to a customer complaining and receiving free food. This was followed by an argument with the manager who proceeded to use vulgar language and make fun of my appearance so I decided to count my cash and leave straight away. Also the food is terrible and I’ve seen how they cook it and it’s very unhygienic which includes a lot of undercooked food and a lack of wasting hands and pots. Don’t come here!

Chicken had a weird wet crunchy hard texture. I scraped the top off to have a good look as I genuinely wasn't sure whether it was definitely chicken. Chucked in the bin and it as soon as I described it to my brother and sister in law they both said they'd had chicken like that from there before and had to chuck it in the bin. As a one off maybe you can let it slide but I'd barely started describing it and they both knew immediately what I meant.Serious questions over the meat. i'm dubious about their suppliers and/or storage methods.Literally inedible.

DO NOT ORDER from this place. Food turns up 30 minutes late. Has been squashed. Is cold. Pizza tastes of the cardboard box, but at least it tastes of something as chips are tasteless and dry! Can't believe we paid £20 for this rubbish...would have been better eating the £20 itself.

Pizza's have always been rubbish but normally the kebab wraps are decent. Until my last order when I collected my kebab wrap with chips and garlic sauce got home and opened it and their was no chips inside. I called the shop who were just rude at first they started by calling me a liar and saying I had eaten the chips. After arguing my case they finally agreed to deliver me some chips to go with my wrap.....in thirty minutes when my wrap would be cold. I said I would keep the wrap and give it back to them if they delivered a new one to me so I could prove it, they said no if I wanted a new wrap I had come all the way back to the shop for a new one. I'll never be ordering from here again, not worth the hassle or average food.

Have had food from here a couple of time, and while it's not exactly gourmet, it usually isn't terrible. Last night that changed. The kebab mean is usually a safe bet here, but last night's order was a bit dodgy. Firstly only half the order turned up, and the kebab meat was quite dry. Not the end of the world, I though, so tucked I happily enough. This morning, however, my stomach feels like it's getting ready to push the world out of my a**e. Last night was definitely my last order from there.

Absolutely disgraceful! Ordered the same order we always do and received half the food! Apparently the menu changed 3 months ago however ordered the same food on the 21st of July 2017 after my friends wedding and we received the same food that was on the 'old menu' won't be ordering again! What we received for the price we paid was rediculas! Be ordering in from town in future!
