Expensive (but, town centre) based too thin for me

Got food after ordering 1.5 hours ago food is cold the bacon cheese burger is disgusting wouldn't feed it to my dog 1 my seaseme seed bun must be hungry as its ate my burger and bacon terrible portion size absolute rip off avoid at all costs!!!!!!!

FOOD WAS UNCOOKED RANG TO COMPLAIN THE GIRL ON THE PHONE TOLD ME TO GET OVER IT. STAY AWAY.

2 hours and still hasn't arrived. They said it's on its way 30 mins ago but I cant imagine it's hot still if it ever arrives. 😞

Ordered a vegetarian vegetarian pizza with extra portionx of bolkgnese and pineapple,which I as expected got charged for the excess, when I get home they had only put bolkgnese and pineapple on. Not any of the vegetarian ingredients. Not all people are dumb after a night out but they obviously think people are. Thieves

Extremely poor service and the employee on the phone seems very rude waited well over a hour before ringing back up to find out how long it would be i was told the driver set of 10 minutes ago 20 more minutes pass before i rang agian as the food. Must be cold by this time if what they said was true only to be told the exact same thing when i rang them a second time then to be told weather i cancel it or not the driver will still be turning up

Wouldn't brown my chips for ,30 seconds rather give me a 2 £ refunds Nd send me on my way than brown some chips for 20/30 seconds discussing service I like crispy chips and they give me 2£ rather than crisping them and insisted they where brown when still pale.

Ordered chicken wrap with cheesy chips, side of salad garlic and chilli. Paid £9. What I got was a chicken wrap with some onion in and some chips. Apparently as I didn't specify I wanted everything separate this is what I ordered! If I'd ordered off just eat it would have been £6.50. Absolute rip-off and terrible attitude! Won't be bothering again

Great guys, so friendly, and the food is delicious and cooked fresh. They have even redone one of my orders as it was not up to their exacting standards. Nice to see a business with such passion and care for their customers. Granted I haven't experienced their demeanour at 2am when I can't get my words out, but I suspect they will handle that equally well. The only place to go IMHO 💪👌👏

For years we have gone to speedy pepper but tonight's order was appalling. Ordered a wrap that was just kebab and chicken meat with a pitta bread on top and a Parmo that was chewy and burnt to a crisp with no sauce. Totally disappointed and a waste of money.
