Literally vile the staff are slow and don’t know what they’re doing

Lovely clean and friendly

Although obviously very busy, the Staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

Just called at the North Road branch and the service was excellent , could not be faulted.

Ordered a delivery, was classed as delivered 35 minutes later it’s still not here, contact number is unallocated spend £22 to be left waiting an hour for food, need to sort your contact number out.

Food is okay, but service is extremely slow, if you're on your lunch brake and want to grab something real quick that ain't places for you ;)

The customer service from the girl working behind your counter today was little to none existent and her attitude was disgusting. A little word of advice for her, if you don’t like your job, leave, I’m sure there is plenty of unemployed out there who’d take your hand off for it.

Really clean and tidy. Staff adhere to social distance. Area for customers well laid out with signage

Went in store at ten to eleven asked one of the employees if I waited in line would I still be able to receive breakfast sandwhich (given there was a few people already waiting). Got to the till and was told breakfasts are off now I explained that it had only turned eleven and was told I would still be able to receive- otherwise I wouldn't have waited- I could see that breakfast items were not put away yet. I was given the reply of "AND" is that a way to speak to a customer, or anyone? I would have been happy with - sorry about that. Disgraceful, probably because receiving minimum wage Lazy
