Went for Sunday lunch and it was amazing. Had 3 courses and was stuffed at the end. Food was delicious.

Went for afternoon tea for a baby shower. Spacious, the food was absolutely delicious, the staff were friendly and price was so good! They even decorated with balloons and let us bring in our own cake and little decorations. Also offered gluten free afternoon tea for my gluten intolerant bud. Have recommended to other friends and family.

Lovely food. Be careful of paying a deposit over the phone. The bill isn't adjusted to take account and can confuse when getting the final bill. We paid £70 and it wasnt taken off our final bill. Also taste cards are not accepted apparently. I've yet to speak to the manager about this but the taste card website says they are.

Had a lovely breakfast, great food, great service Best music in town. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Very good value for money nice place with a good ambience. Love my visits here. Always pretty busy which is always a good sign. Never had a bad meal here.

Place looks nice but food is below average and took ages to be served. One of the staff were also rude.

Good deal on some of the best cocktails in town! 2 for 1 after 6PM if you buy two of the same cocktails so ended up with 4 cocktails for just over a tenner. Can't go wrong! Lovely staff. Fab drinks.

Started to use the keys a couple of months ago, mostly for breakfast 'yum yum'. the daytime menu is also fantastic. the service from the very pleasant staff Helen / Louise & Daisy was superb...will definitely call again every day.

This place is not my normal choice for a place to eat. On the surface it appears to me that the Keys is pretending to be something it's not. Like you walk in and you can see fine furniture, very smartly dressed floor walkers (servers) and a small sign on a pedestal that says "please wait to be seated" after waiting, then being told to pick any table (really?) We got handed a breakfast menu. This was fine but the people I was with wanted lunch. Never mind. Instead of make a fuss we had some food which I cannot knock in any way at all.So the place looks posh, acts posh and delivers great food. But the service is slow, one member of staff focused more attention on one table than another because her friends were sat there. The manager was having a business meeting on the table adjacent to ours instead of in an office! This place is nice but don't let the looks fool you... it's a pub that serves nice food. The institute, I don't know but I reckon the same without the furniture and understanding of the word pub.
