Average Sunday lunch. Tasty, but disappointed with frozen roast potatoes. Not a lot of veg. Could be better.

We have eaten IN the pub many times and never been disappointed. When we heard that they were doing takeaway food, whilst closed due to Tier 3 restrictions we had to give it a go. Despite this year’s lockdowns, we had not tried pub takeaway food before.The food was delicious. Hot and tasty, good quality veg and tender beef. Amazing.Can’t wait to get back to eating IN though.

9 of us went for Sunday lunch - one gluten free. We really enjoyed the food, which was delicious and plenty of it. Friendly staff. Service was excellent and waiting times minimal. The place was full so advise booking for larger groups. Recommended

This is possible one of the best meals I've ever had!The food from this pub is amazing, high quality and delicious food for a reasonable price, I highly recommend to anyone who lives in or is visiting the teesside area to go and have a good meal here. Small cosy pub with gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options are available on request. I had the Chinese chicken(sweet and sour) and the brownie(chocolate brownie, a scoop of ice cream and strawberry sauce) and they were amazing, there is a smoking area outside with a football table and also seating for in the summer, toilets were very small and could do with being refurbished but were kept very clean.

Lovely wee pub. Cheap drinks on tap. Contactless. Lots of seats. Friendly staff and locals. Car park. Not sure about WiFi. Two Carling's on tap. Was running a pub quiz at 9 on a Wednesday while I was there.

It's years since I've been in the 'Twig' as we called it when l worked at the airport. Lovely staff and food was excellent will definitely be back 😀😀😀
