One of the shabbiest Wetherspoons we've visited, but the food was nice and service good.

·

Great pub with outdoor seating area. Has the usual Wetherspoons choice of great ales. The quality of the food was dissapointing, not the same quality as I have experienced in other Wetherspoons. My steak although cooked to my taste was cold and the onion rings were burnt.

Place can get very packed, selection of drinks do change, at times though spoons often has a disguise smell on the inside at times, even the food doesn't full taste nice with certain items use. Not a massive fan of the spoons, even the events ran there can be a bit over the top :(

·

Better than a typical spoons with a great atmosphere as on a single level, makes the place feel more intimate. Could do with a wee spruce up but not grubby.

·

Decent selection of ales... And generic beers and ciders... Decent staff. If you have the wetherspoons app. You can order from that.

·

Well everyone rants about the chips in weatherspoons - got to say they rocked today! Both me and my son loved them with our meals. Would have scored 5* if not for the cold beans on the plate.

·

Food honestly could be so much better, was very packed but staff kept on top of it brilliant thats who the 2 stars are for

·

Food was fantastic... Really pleasantly surprised. Huge selection and my order was perfect.

·

Decent wetherspoon pub. One of the older ones. Could do with lightening up inside imo. Food is well prepared, fast and came nice and hot. 👍 Beer garden is a bit of a smokers paradise though 🚬💨

Typical JD Wetherspoons in the centre of Stockton upon Tees. Arrived after 830pm and still the place was busy, staff quick to serve and a table readily found. Thursday evening curry night was winding down so there wasn't a full selection of curries available, but what was served was perfectly adequate. Beer excellent quality too, well worth another visit.
