Just had lunch of different tapas shared with my daughter and son -in-law. All delicious ,service was good and had a window seat to watch the world go buy in Tynemouth. Lovely day out.

Had a lovely few hours here with my sisters and niece. The staff are so friendly, and the food was delicious. Supremely superb chunky chips!!!!!

Ths food here is great, we normally go fior the tapss portions which are substantial. The room isn't big but it's got Victorian style chairs and comfy wall seating. There are two beautiful enormous chandeliersThe staff are very fast and attentive. The food is prepared quickly and is always filling. It'is often very busy, but we went on Tuesday for a late lunch and iit was empty - probably because in was late January 2022.I recommend the chicken skewers (they come in a satay-style sauce) and the garlic flat bread. You won't leave this place hungry. My partner had the paella which i tasted some of - seemed a little bland compared to my chicken skewers but still tasty. We always have a great tine here.

Reasonable place to grab a coffee in Tynemouth. Has a spacious layout compared to other cafes in the area. Service could be improved... I had to remind the staff I had placed an order after 20 minutes of waiting.

Arrived today at 11-40 for lunch was informed by a rude young man as I picked up the menus that lunch would not starting until 12-15 and brunch was finished I said okay could I order a pint of Guinness which he later brought over to the table. The Guinness was at least 2cm below the top of the glass which I jokingly said is that a half ? The young/ bar tender replied aggressively no we don’t do half’s of Guinness what do you want there’s suppose to be a big head on it before strutting back to the bar. I then drank my short pint of Guinness and left and won’t be returning any time time soon.

Food was delicious but the service let it down. We arrived at 11.30 and it took us ages to realise you had to order at the bar as none of the staff told us when they gave us a seat.Manager was attentive, but didn't appear very friendly.Went to the bar at 11.50 to be told they weren't taking food orders as they were in-between services and that we had to go back at 12 to order food. I dont understand why they couldn't just take our order rather than sending customers up and down to the bar. When we were finally allowed to order food it was great. Flat bread (although more of a pizza) was amazing and loved the chunky chips. We would definitely go back, but maybe later in the day when there's no cross over of services

Popped in for the first time on a freezing cold Sunday morning for a coffee and sausage butty. It was quite busy but not yet carnage. My sandwich was absolutely decent indeed: definitely loaded with the vital ingredient. Maybe a better quality bread bun would have elevated things even more so, but it wasn't a deal breaker. A standard coffee came to swill it down and overall things seemed quite fairly priced.

Such a relaxed breakfast environment. We decided to go for family breakfast, the staff are so incredibly polite and helpful. The food options are perfect for everyone. The food was incredibly flavorful, cooked perfectly and filling. If you are looking for a warm and relaxed breakfast stop, we definitly recommend a visit.

Sat in the bar area, which allows dogs inside, making it suitable to dine for our lunch with our dog!Service was great, helping us with the menu since it was our first time eating here. A lady also gave our dog a water bowl & treats, which makes a nice change.Food was lovely! Although I'd state that the platter is a sharer for 2/3 persons, rather than it being on the mains & tapas is also quite large! As tapas is usually meant to be small, non the less, it was good food!
