FIRST OFF WOW! Amazing atmosphere very quaint. My experience was fantastic and to top it all off my server was the beautiful Alex, incredibly kind and attentive. Oh and the pizza was good too. 10/10

We all enjoyed our food and it's better than some places at a similar price point. Staff were friendly however service was slow. Not sure if that was kitchen or waiting staff or a combination of both, some plates sat for awhile on the hot plate waiting to be served. There was also a mistake with the order as cheese had been added to a vegan dish however they replaced it and took the price off the bill and gave us a free drink, so they certainly did their best to rectify it and I don't think you could have asked for any more. Overall still good but could do better.

Service here is great, the food as always is excellent. cant remember what this pasta is called but its blue cheese.

We have just visited Bella Italia , 2 adults and 2 young children under 5 . One of us was dairy intolerant and one was gluten intolerant.The waitress called EWELINA was absolutely brilliant , first class service from her , she explained the menu as to how we check which food was safe for which allergy , she Even helped us with ordering our meals as we were struggling with 2 young children.the food came out labelled for the allergies and looked tasted beautiful .it's the first time I have been and I will go back as we all enjoyed the food .

Excellent food and the service was great (courtesy of Damon.) Feels interestingly bijoux despite it having quite a large floor area - plenty of plants and other dividers which make it seem more personable. The only thing, which isn't a criticism, but an observation, is that I kinda missed the tiramisu being served as a rectangular block on a plate - you can't see the traditional layers when it's in a ceramic pot...

I love this place but during lockdown the menu has changed.. they dont do my fav burger on the kids menu😭But I got the pizza and I can say it was heavenly! I got Vanilla and Salted caramel ice cream and it was delicious! My mum turned vegan a year ago and she said she liked her bolognese and she got this vegan cookie with ice and it was delicious! Defo be back soon!The women who was serving us was so nice!the garlic bread was very small but delicious..

Very nice excellent service plenty of seating at around 5:20 these restaurants in the food court area can be packed at times with ques for some . Sory about the photo only got one of my starter slung the mains down. Had a slight wait as there was a mix up with the order but staff were very apologetic and took 50% off the bill
