Very Poor selection available and not hot enough, we were a party of four and not one of us were impressed at all, the only good thing was the manager Nikita, she was very understanding and helpful.

It's one of those "I'm only giving one star because I can't give none" situations. For a "World Buffet" there's surprisingly little choice, what was on offer was of the poorest quality and it's grossly overpriced at £13.99 per adult (excluding drinks which had been a further £2.75 each) - not to mention what we did eat made us unwell. We used to enjoy eating here before lockdown, not anymore. Staff didn't help matters with poor manners and an inability to smile. Once a great establishment now seemingly destined to fail.

Thought my partner and I would go for a meal and fancied a change from the norm so decided to try big Luke's as we both used to go years ago....wished we'd gone elsewhere. Burnt cheeseburgers, tasteless chicken, cold beans, pizza that didn't taste of anything. Cheap pop to drink. The only saving grace was our pudding with custard. Would not ever bother going again. If you want a nice hot cooked meal, stay at home and do it yourself, avoid this place as it's a rip off for £10.99 each !!

poor quality food with minimum choice to be served, for a ‘world buffet’ i wouldn't say it shows views from different places. most food was either overcooked or undercooked with little to no flavour mainly tasting like any other frozen meal. as 3 young people at age of 15 we where charged adult price and for the quality and standards we ate in i wouldn't recommended. most seats through out the facility where either ripped or taped together show little standard around the restaurant.

Very busy today, people queing up for a good while to get seated. Not great, Pizza was half decent. A lot of stuff did taste very cheap but I suppose you get what you pay for. Definitely won't return.

Lovely atmosphere, very detailed allergen menu, staff couldn't have been more helpful answering any questions I had about suitability of any of the items on the buffet not on the allergen menu as I am lactose intolerant.Overall lovely meal, would definitely go back.

Great place ...my daughter is lactose intolerant and they gave us guidance on what she could and shouldn't eat. Well done good service

The food is lovely. It's clean and well presented. I found the staff to be pleasant and polite as well as noticing at least two or three times one of the chef's coming round to check the dishes were still full etc so very rarely did I not get what I wanted. The puddings are amazing! I liked that whenever it got quiet the girls on shift began wiping and cleaning down the empty tables and booths etc which makes me feel much more comfortable about being randomly seated. We will certainly be calling in again for tea the next time we're down. :)

I enjoy the variety of food the offer here and Iespecially enjoy the roast chicken. The staff was very accommodating and we had a good time. I would definitely eat here again.
