Burger King in Gateshead

Ordered in advance via the app. Saved a few quid,.sat down and enjoyed my food as expected. Didn't experience any of the negative stuff posted by others previously. Only bad thing was a stiff door!

There is no possibility of paying in cash. The doors are heavy, hard to open, one of them is jammed. Difficult for customers to get in and out.

It's okay, disappointed in prices how they gotten expensive, use to be good for a quick meal with good prices, now with the rise its not worth it!Food is tasty, just the prices are not so delicious.

It was empty but still had a lengthy wait for some reason. First time in at least 10 years I've had a burger king and it'll probably be another 10 years before I get another, nothing special.

Best burgers on the fast food chains.and the chips are great too.the buns can be a little better, and not crumble easily,but hey, the food is tasty.

Good selection of vegan n veggie meals now use the app for big discounts in store

Just got one like an 1 hour ago and when i ate the chicken nugget happy meal the chicken nuggets were hard and frozen for some reason. The chips were alright.

I didn't visit this place is walked past it. Google wanted a review. In general burger king have gone right down hill in past 10 years. They're having no more of my cash. Simple.

Scruffy table off previous customer, staff walked past and looked without clearing and refused to serve us with cash payment, i asked if there was anything they could do to help as our 4year old grandson was hungry and feeling the cold, the lady serving told me if i wanted i could walk around the tables and ask the customers who wete eating food if theys pay for us , i found the whole thing really upsetting so did my little grandson wjho has autism, he couldn't understand why we wernt getting served, awful experience my husband ran to poundl over the the road and bought our grandson crisps and a sugar free drink and we had to give him them💩 just received a response basically tellin me to contact head office if i want to take CONCERNS further, absloutley DISGRACEFUL,

2nd time visiting this store. On our 1st visit, we had paid for an order at the machine and it didn’t come through to store. Staff on tills were very rude and didn’t seem to care. Told me to get in touch with my bank and sort it there as they couldn’t do anything.On 2nd visit staff were just as blunt and rude. There was a hair in my meal and once reported to the staff they replied with ‘well non of us here are blonde’. They did change my food, but I felt very judged, unwelcome and again like they just didn’t care.Just wouldn’t bother going.
