Nice beer, location, and atmosphere, but the plastic cups really cheapen the place and send a wasteful message right by the water (a lot of cups probably blow in). Why not have nice glasses with your logo on and charge a deposit if you're scared of them being stolen? Also the necessity to download the ordering app AND creating an account seems unnecessary for just wanting a couple of pints. Entering the taphouse is usually a nice experience. Good potential here but there are some issues.

The positives - the food was good and there was a nice view over the tyne from the seats. The negatives - The music was far too loud, you could barely hear someone sitting just next to you, the app wasn't the best - we had a hard time trying to order anything and it was full of people smoking and vaping. Wouldn't recommend to families but overall it was alright.

Absolutely love the industrial style, location and venue.

Really popular bar and an absolutely ideal location for catching a little sunshine when it appears. Nice staff and good beers too. Damn steep though, but that's somewhat standard for a place of this stature. The overall picture here though is definitely a big positive, but do not rock up expecting to sink a load of Carling.

Nice place, lots of seating and tables. Have an app to order food and drink to your table. Toilets are clean and they have outdoor heaters too.

Lovely location, drinks are nice & you can try different types as they're not your usual, they brew several different types. Staff are always friendly & it's great to be outdoors, right beside the river with fantastic views of Newcastle & the bridges.

Visited on a Wednesday so the tap room and coffee shop was the only things open.Little bit disappointed that they only had one of their own beers on. However they had a good choice of other breweries

Incredible experience sitting by the Tyne at the dawn. Really nice light effects on the bridges around us, excellent fire at the back and good drink service because food took twenty minutes to come. It was good music but pointing over the river. Very polite bouncers at the entrance.

No better place on a nice day. Wide range of food choices and good drinks too.

Great experience.Beer is great with a good choice of own brewed and guest craft beers.Great place to visit on nights like these.
