No Customer service from any of the staff. Can't seem to cope with customers who have allergy problems, won't even look at ingredients for you, so i suggest if you have any allergies avoid this place

Unfortunately I am leaving a one star review.Full English:It's apparent bacon/sauages are cooked earlier in the day and kept in the fridge and then warmed via microwave. That in itself is wrong on so many levels. Should be freshly cooked.Cheap quality ingredients, cups of tea even come with them small little plastic milk tubs. Stuck in the 1970s.Genuinely couldn't pay me to eat here.

Quick service. Good price. Friendly staff. Good food.

Absolutely disgusting from beginning to end. Miserable staff grunting commands. Overpriced and worst of all the food was awful. It was like something from a 1970s nightmare. At least use latex gloves if you're going to handle food. My advice AVOID!

Hi just called in for lunch while shopping at the Metro Centre. The sandwich was nice and fresh with side salad and a nice cup of tea.

·

Asked for bacon well cooked and had to send it back twice. Staff were not interested. Cutlery was dirty. Will not be returning. Also who has a bread bun with a breakfast.

·

Under cooked food informed staff they were not bothered try somewhere else for food

·

Covid precautions maintained to a very high standard, staff to be commended for their efforts to maintain customer safety. Excellent food and service in these challenging timed

Pleasant staff. But thats the only good thing about this establishment. Unbelievably expensive. Was charged £6.60 for a small bowl of heated up chips and 2 cans of diet coke. Will not visit again. Mcdonalds 2 mins away you'd get 2 drinks 2 fries and 2 small burgers for around the same price.

The floor wasn't cleaned and one of the staff members walked past it multiple times. The staff behind the counter were not wearing gloves when handling food and one of them even picked her nose then touched the food. All of the food is warmed up in a microwave. After one staff member had wiped down the tables, trays and all of the tables with the same damp cloth, she didn't wash her hands then she started to touch all of the cutlery.Overall, I would not recommend ever going here u less you want to be served by the most unhygienic people I have ever seen.
