Seats are stained and obviously never cleaned. You have to clear a table of plates etc if you want to sit at it..short of staff perhaps. The glass is filthy and stained with god knows what!!. Everything is dirty...might be worth while employing a proper cleaner. Come on Costa get a grip..CLEAN up your act.....

Filthy seats ,black stained fabric I was disgusted to say the least .This place needs a deep clean, full stop .Xmas music was too loud and the air conditioning is always always too cold or blowing into wrong direction. Staff are cheerful enough so it must be further up the chain of command that keeps the loud music on and the chairs filthy.Asked for extra hot drink but it was still lukewarm ,just saving time when it's busy .

Slow service but coffee is good. No one cleaning tables even after asking.

Coffee is nice but need to make sure it is hot....not the luke warm that I got this time

This is quite a small Costa's and it gets very busy so difficult to find a seat and actually move around in the shop.
