Busy cafe in Gateshead with seating available upstairs but up lots of stairs and no lift. Always love their toasties with muffin (today lemon👍) and a big Americano. Seating outside if weather ok. No M and S food as advertised??

Last coffee I got from there. They were out of oat, only had soya. Was too hot to drink straight away but when I did, coffee tasted burnt and the soya milk tasted off. Didn’t want to take back as it had been over 20 mins since I ordered and bought.

Terrible attitude from the staff especially the Asian manager.... Horrendous way of speaking to people. I would avoid if you like a positive, efficient and customer focused experience.

Really nice place but a bit crowded as the upstairs was closed off and I couldn't find a loo, guessing it was upstairs.But other than that the service was quick and the staff were really great

Staff are absolutely fab in this place! Coffee always hot and throughly enjoy a sweet treat with the girls from work. Brilliant service. Prefer this store to any other

Everytime we go there the staff are just so amazing. They are always so happy to see us and our dog and always make her feel welcome! The toilets are clean and spacious and coffee is really good. The only downside really is that sometimes they run out of some syrups or the ice machine breaks and i think the management should try and resolve this, but except for that it's lovely!

Nice staff and great view of the square from upstairs. Smoking in the outside seating are is one of the only places in the centre that you can smoke and vape.
