Estate Tea Co in Gateshead

Lovely place and great food!!!! My favorite place to go and have a chill time, the food is excellent every time and the drinks are so great, I’m still on my way to trying all the teas they have, everything is delicious. The staff is so friendly and lovely, always receiving you with a great attitude. Definitely will recommend, will come again many more times!!!’

Beautiful cosy lovely atmosphere. Also a Sofar sounds event organised there. If you don't know what are Sofar Sounds give them a check on social media or website find out and definitely recommend ok taking part in one of it! ❤️❤️❤️

Very nice place with good coffee, incredible tea selection and tasty food. The only problem is the service: staff barely acknowledges your existence at the counter and is not very friendly. I came twice asking for a filter coffee which is on the menu and on the board behind the counter. The first time they told me they didn't have any and the second time that they haven't made any for a while so I suggested to the lady at the counter to maybe remove it from the menu. She looked at me like I was completely mental so I explained that it's annoying for customers to not be able to get what they want when it's clearly displayed and that other customers might complain too. She just kept smirking saying "OK... yeah...". Maybe the staff should get a bit more training in customer service because barista training doesn't do it all when you run a coffee shop if you want to keep your customers happy. Just saying.

Wonderful Japanese food. Many vegan options. Fantastic selection of teas and all the usual coffee options. Well worth a visit!

From the overall beautiful branding of their packaging and gorgeously painted storefront to the delightful tasting Roobois tea and cakes, this cafe is a must visit.

Love this place... very relaxing atmosphere, lovey tea, great coffee, and now amazing food... Very authentic Japanese taste to the Udon soup, and the Gyoza was devine....
