Over the moon with service by Marc. Above and beyond to help us and made my daughter smile while giving us all the information for an amazing burger and fries 👍100% recommended

Excellent burger ,,,but the blue light card said I would get my nhs discount ,,,the server said ,,no ,,I thought it was allowed in all five guys

First time I have ever visited 5 guys and I'm definitely impressed. The staff were helpful explaining the order process, and also assisted my wife moving things around to accommodate my wheelchair. The burger and chips were the best I've eaten in a long time, and the banana milkshake was amazing. The 15 free add ons for the burgers mean you truly can make your own burger to your own way, and the milkshake menu contained more different shakes than I've seen anywhere. If you've not tried it, what are you waiting for

Good quality food. Burger has a chargrilled taste, thick and cooked to perfection much tastier than most restaurants. Your choice of fillings. Unlimited free refills on drinks of your choice with a very wide range available.Staff are very polite and provide excellent service and food

Service in this Five Guys is always exemplary. Staff always patient and happy to explain how the menu works and are happy to give advice and recommendations. On top of that the food is always delicious too. Superb

Low quality burger wrapped in foil. Small fries and fill your own drink cup.Overpriced, more than double the equivalent at other fast food places.Long wait times, definitely not fast food.Never going back.

No mayo left in dispencer. No cheese left for cheese burger with bacon. No discount for missing cheese. Staff rude and not intersted. Over all expensive and just average burger and interest from staff. Had a great experince on previous visit and lovely burger. Maybe bank holiday weekend was super busy but its not my fault the manager didnt anticipate a busy time and order extra cheese. Lets face it we dont go for a burger without chesse unless we are lactose intolerant.

The Chips are amazing & one of the best burgers I've had in a long time!Staff are very friendly & Helpful, They even gave us Extra chips without charge. I will be going back!

These are amazing burgers 🍔 and chips 🍟 and you can get some unlimited topping. It's a bit pricey for what is essentially an upgraded McDonalds but still not too bad. £21 for 2 hamburgers 1 small fries and 1 unlimited drink. It's worth it for the fries alone.

Amazing service today from Kate on the counter. Walked us through the menu and explained all of the options. We even got a free milkshake that had been made as part of somebody's training, nice touch. The seating area was spotless, toilets immaculate and the food... Best burger I've eaten... Ever. Well done to the team, but kudos to Kate for world class customer service. Awesome.
