Harry's Golden Chippy in Gateshead

Personally, not too my taste and prefer another pizza shop but thought I would try it. Staff are pleasant and order was ready quickly.

I placed an order from here tonight, i was a bit cheeky and asked for batter as my wife to be would not marry me ,the food came piping hot and tasty , and on opening our food to our surprise we had not 1 but 2 bags of pipping hot batter and extra garlic sauce,and a message saying on both bags of batter say yes with a love heart, for the attention to detail and the kind hearts of the staff and the hot tasty food we recommend this establishment with a hearty 5 starThank you so much and she did say yesInvites for staff will be on there way❤❤❤❤❤

The absolute best pizzas in town. Much better than domino's and more reasonable priced.

Cannot fault the pizza, but the fish and chips are awful, I was given yesterday's chips re- heated they went straight in the bin I complained he offered a free bag but I am not going back. Definitely gone down in my estimation.

I have ordered sooooo many times over the past few weeks and each time we have ordered fish and chips with salt, vinegar and batter. Is there a reason why we don’t have any of these on our food? Do you not supply these? If you don’t why are we not advised of this?

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Bought a half bag of chips at 5pm on the 18/09/19 thinking hey they will be fresh but oh no they were rock hard old chips that I would not feed my dog with!Terrible will never go in this place again. Don’t know who is giving you good reviews as I’ve had 2 bad meals !!!

Poor service and adequate food. Used to be good but is worse each time I go. No one there ever gives the impression they are doing more than going through the motions. Each time I go, there's more on the menu so it's taking even longer to make things.In case any staff read this - concentrate on having chips ready at all times and cut your menu in half, you'll make more money as people will actually come back.
