Room was ok, tidy and clean. However we paid £201 for two nights. Supposed to be the superior package. Yes there was bottles of water and biscuits, and some mini shampoo, conditioner and body lotion in the room. Standard kettle with tea and coffee. The package was supposed to include complementary costa coffee no mention of that. For the price we paid we expected more. Would rather pay more at Premier Inn and get more for our money. Not worth what we paid. Breakfast was the best part plenty of variety and staff very friendly.

We had the best stay here. The staff where amazing and helpful. The view from our room was outstanding if you ever have the opportunity to stay here take the opportunity! Breakfast was lovely all you can eat 😋

Ideally located Riverside in Gateshead. Rooms are good with comfie bed and expected facilities.. Kettle.. Hair dryer.. Etc. Excellent breakfast included in price. Very satisfied. Only negative is that parking is an extra £8.50 a night on top of room price.

Hotel was undergoing some internal decorations. Rooms clean and spacious. Bathroom feels dated. It's a 15 minute walk to city centre but lovely views up river. Car park next to hotel is £8 for 24hours, same as city centre car parks.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, they really tried their best to grant the requests of their guests. Hotel was clean and smells really good. Their rooms were really comfortable and good sized as well. Breakfast was very good and with great selections. Will definitely come back!

Stayed in here for quite a bit for work purposes, the staff were really nice and helpfull and made my stay very inviting 😁 The rooms were very clean and were to a good standard given the price. The buffet breakfast was delicious consisting of the usuall full English and continental! I would say the bar food menu needs updated again as there wasnt alot of stuff that i would order tbh and the actual bar prices were extortonate which is why i always went out for dinner or ordered a takeaway, also the heating needs improved somewhat as it was very cold at times, i ended up having to leave the heating on all day to get a consistent heat in the room as the heating takes ages to warm the room up, there is heaters supplied at reception if it gets that bad btw 👌👍😁

This hotel was very helpful when i had booked the wrong one and had to change it.. thats as far as it goes. They have not refunded my money, its been 4 weeks now despite it literally 2 days after it had been booked as they take money straight away which is strange. I have now had to take it to the financial ombudsman as i am getting nowhere with this hotel nor with booking.com. So my recommendation is to stay well clear of the place! And don't book through booking.com, this review probably wont even get published, however i have copied everything in to the financial ombudsman and you are now withhelding, stealing and acting fraudulently!

Stayed here for a weekend in Newcastle, the worst hotel I’ve stayed in for a long while. Don’t waste your money paying for an executive room there’s nothing executive about it. Smell of paint throughout the hotel, no hot water for the shower and the bar is ridiculously expensive. Should of booked the Hilton.

Stayed for one night and did bag a special price straight after New Year.Room was spacious, clean but defo could do with a spruce up! We stayed on floor 4, the whole floor smells damp and the heater in our room was noisy so we switched it off.Friendly staff but probably won’t stay again unfortunately.

Good location, with good views over the river as long as you're on the right side of the hotel. Staff are very accommodating, and restaurant is reasonable too. Good perks for repeat visitors.
