Kentucky fried chicken derwent point sealwell in Gateshead

Waited 15 mins at counter instore as so busy with online. Order was wrong had to be redone. Staff never stop but its chaos at this branch. Chips cold pop was in coffee cups I could.go on not going back

There were none of the spicy nuggets that were on offer. Staff were a bit abrupt. Place was clean and food was good.

Just visted today what a manic unorganised chaos this place is, waited a good 15 minutes for my order and finally when it came was told there was no salt or Tomatoe ketchup, wish I saved money and time and went to Greggs instead

Absolutely terrible service waited 35 minutes for an order that in the end was totally wrong only had 7 pieces of chicken in that was ment to be a 14 piece bucket and got a load of attitude when rang up and informed them about the mistake thay had made and basically got called a liar absolute joke of a women on the phone

Food is always served hot from this kfc, one of the best branches in the area. In store is always clean too. Plenty of parking and easy to get too-10/10 everytime

Lovely clean restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly, and took my order very quickly.Food was served within a minute, and was hot and delicious.Such a pleasant change, compared to the dreadful service and food offered from the KFC outlets in Thornaby and Stockton, near where I live.It's great to find out that KFC can be wonderful, if you are willing to travel far enough.

It's such a shame you can't award minus reviews. Saturday 5/2/22 19.15 every seat is filthy, so is the floor. Take your own cleaning products. Then you sit down and try and use the KFC app which supposedly gives rewards.... which you can NEVER use.

Would give 0 stars, if I could, ordered 16 pieces of chicken for delivery yesterday. 8 rib type pieces all bone no meat, and 7 wings included in my bucket, I paid over £30 what a rip off, I'm absolutely disgusted, not the first time this has happened either, never use this branch ever again..Update gets bad to worse, this lot are a disgrace ordered wicked variety bucket, delivery for my guest's 8 hot wings missing, that's the main part of the this meal, took ages to get through, eventually when I persisted they answered but refused to take responsibility, telling me to take it up with just eat, I explained just eat did not prepare the food, they just take the order, and receive payment, staff obnoxious wasn't interested, so waiting for update from just eat.

Came off A1 to eat here when driving through on way to Scotland. Food was fresh, staff were really amazing and friendly and great customer service. My partner and i both ordered a gravy burger box meal and some sides. It was the day before Xmas eve and was grateful to have a nice dining experience in middle of a very long drive. Thanks so much, hope you all had a nice Xmas.

Ordered food at counter to take away. When got to where I was going (miles away) realised that part of my order was missing. Tried ringing the shop 8 times But no answer!!! Thank you for ruining the tea for the family KFC!
