Kfc in Gateshead

My mam ordered food at 6 tonight its almost half 7 no sign of food and adter ringing them up to see if they could locate the driver they were very rude and just said it would be there soon and hung up could hear a man in the background saying "its not on the screen anymore so what do you want me to do". Highly doubt we will order from here again now as orders are always wrong or late.

Food appeared hurriedly thrown together, barely warm with a large chips the same size as a small/regular - rip off. They never give napkins/wipes with drive through either, useless.

Used the drive thru service on Tuesday as I was in a rush for an appointment and the gentleman who served me, I believe his name is Aaron deserves recognition, nice quick service, informed me of what wasn’t available so I didn’t waste time and helped inform me of the more popular items and items closest to what I wanted. Great service the food was exceptional and the staff had my order ready and bagged for me coming to the window. Excellent service I will be back.

Ordered a regular ricebox, the box came without rice!! It was chicken and some salad hurriedly thrown in, from the looks of it. Though they charged me for the ricebox.

Like all KFC you are lucky if you order a tea or coffee and get one. (we don't like syrup diluted with soda water with our meals)the machines are either broken or they have no cups. This is a good one i once said just double up on the coke cups were not allowed to and the machine is broken , so we have started to get our tea and coffee outside firstthe chicken is great as usual we had the wow box nice

Bit hit and miss here. Food is fine and staff are pleasant, but the tables aren't always clean and on my last visit there were no serviettes available so you couldn't even attempt to clean up the table yourself. Drive through was closed too.

I have spent good amount of time in the restaurant with my old friend catching up and when we left i have noticed parking was only one hour and wanted to pay for it or something to avoid a fine. Went to the counter and asked and the lady in there seemed to be so disinterested, not helpful and a bit rude also. Then Gabriela the team leader simply made my day, she turned the situation in to a such a pleasant conversation and she help out with situation with no problem. I used to recruit people for F&B departments i have always looked for people like herself because only with that gesture going extra mile reflects the business image and this counts a lot in all positive aspects. Gabriela also shown great professionalism and leadership giving me the opportunity to confirm that not only she deserve the team leader position but also she has a great potential that can be developed and become one of the best. As resolution just letting KFC management know that they have a diamond member so can be respected and value. I look forwards to return with every occasion i have. Thank you!

i order the christmas special gravy burger and you'll never guess what they forget to include. THE GRAVY. this is not the first time they have forgotten a part of my order. don't recommend.

I will start by saying the food was brilliant. Hot and cooked to perfection. The staff where polite. But the cleanness of the restaurant wasn't the best. The wait for food was ridiculous. I could understand if there was a massive que. There wasn't tho. Just didn't seem to have anything ready.

Total shambles. We ordered our lunch at work.Took ages, stone cold, order all wrong, no straws, wrong drinks. Said we would have to reorder and repay. Colleague went down instead.Had asked for reg pepsi, still sent max, still no straw, burger ...requested no salsa, lettuce, or mayo. Came back 2nd time still with mayo and still stone cold. Total ignorance, wouldn't answer phone, kept cutting offLoved KFC but this has put us off and will be using McDonald's next time.
