Kfc in Gateshead

Stuff is being nice to all customers but never to delivery driver so always rudely …we as drivers speak to each other’s…I wouldn’t come back to this place …enjoy Gabriella and eat all delivery to become like a balloon

Gabriella is very un politely, not professional, talking with bad attitude to her college and to the delivery drivers Infront of customers.

Great place. Ample parking. Drive through available. Friendly staff. Clean place , clean wash rooms. Great food 😋 FINGER LIKING F"F"OOD 👍

Our granddaughter and great grandson 6yrs like to come here as a change from Mc Donald's. They normally get a share bucket and the little one likes the popcorn chicken. Staff are helpful and efficient

My mam ordered food at 6 tonight its almost half 7 no sign of food and adter ringing them up to see if they could locate the driver they were very rude and just said it would be there soon and hung up could hear a man in the background saying "its not on the screen anymore so what do you want me to do". Highly doubt we will order from here again now as orders are always wrong or late.

Food appeared hurriedly thrown together, barely warm with a large chips the same size as a small/regular - rip off. They never give napkins/wipes with drive through either, useless.

Used the drive thru service on Tuesday as I was in a rush for an appointment and the gentleman who served me, I believe his name is Aaron deserves recognition, nice quick service, informed me of what wasn’t available so I didn’t waste time and helped inform me of the more popular items and items closest to what I wanted. Great service the food was exceptional and the staff had my order ready and bagged for me coming to the window. Excellent service I will be back.

I have spent good amount of time in the restaurant with my old friend catching up and when we left i have noticed parking was only one hour and wanted to pay for it or something to avoid a fine. Went to the counter and asked and the lady in there seemed to be so disinterested, not helpful and a bit rude also. Then Gabriela the team leader simply made my day, she turned the situation in to a such a pleasant conversation and she help out with situation with no problem. I used to recruit people for F&B departments i have always looked for people like herself because only with that gesture going extra mile reflects the business image and this counts a lot in all positive aspects. Gabriela also shown great professionalism and leadership giving me the opportunity to confirm that not only she deserve the team leader position but also she has a great potential that can be developed and become one of the best. As resolution just letting KFC management know that they have a diamond member so can be respected and value. I look forwards to return with every occasion i have. Thank you!

Served by Jaqui F today. The customer service from this woman was atrocious. She was very abrupt, robotic with no human compassion for someone on front of service. Whether she had a personal problem it should not be passed on to a paying customer... I certainly will NOT be coming here again, I advise others to avoid if you like good customer service

One of if the worst experiences I've had in a KFC, it was empty but employed by folks who couldn't really care less if they were there or not. The place was in a right state you'd think a bomb had went off, I had to wait excessively long for my food and they got my order wrong, I struggle to see how one achieves this triple faux pas when the place was empty and I was the only person being served. What redeems this place ever so slightly is that it's in walking distance to the metro station and it's could be quite the swanky new do, with it's sort of shabby chic look, shame no one cares enough to look after it really.
