Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Gateshead

Always quiet when we have visited. A nice treat.

So I went there late today about 9 as I wanted to get a few treats for my nana and grandad I got the 3 for £5.75 and as I went the pay and she didn’t even turn on the card machine then the lovely lady said “don’t worry it’s on us” I was so confused I was like really? Like I’m happy paying that’s what I come for and she said no no don’t worry then I’m the car I was just thinking there are some good people on this earth xxxx

Fabulous. Greeted with not just a smile but friendly chat. Great selection available and a nice combo deal. The place was immaculately clean including the toilet. Purchased more donuts to take home just because the staff were so friendly. 11/2/2022 @ 21.30.

Staff member who served us was rude, told my partner that the doughnut bites are the same as an original glazed - not even slightly the same, massive waste of money as they were stale. Won’t return.

🍩 were nice as always but the chocolate milkshake was not good at all. Staff didn't have option to exchange for a different drink!

Super nice staff! The drive thru opens at 7 and walk ins at 8. I got there early and they still took my order. 10/10 for service and quality.

The factory is gone now and the donuts are shipped from Edinburgh. They have a wider selection than most stores but the donuts don't feel as fresh anymore. You may as well just buy them from Tesco. 😢😢😢😫😫😫

It's good value for money, and the donuts are yummy. I ordered a flat white and a latte for my partner. We didn't receive the latte and the flat white wasn't hot. Don't get me wrong, it was warm and still an okay coffee. We weren't offered any sugar or napkins either. I've had great experiences here before, this was just one of the lesser ones

Maybe it was an off day but the service was much to be desired the staff seemed like they weren't paying attention completely over looked us as we stood to be served and had to be told by the people they approached that we were first, hmm... not a great start once we did get our order you werent allowed to sit inside but 2 tables were covid free which made no sense place looked abit dirty too like no one was paying attention, so ended up in the car.

Amazing customer service, lovely friendly staff. My son was made up to see the little factory party/ production line of how some of the edibles are made. Bought loads of doughnuts as a treat. Fun little visit ❤️❤️❤️
