Low Fell Pizza &grill House in Gateshead

When we first moved to Low Fell we tried this pizza takeaway and it was great. However the last two times that we have ordered a marinara pizza it has come without prawns. The prices have also increased roughly 20% in less than 6 months. Whilst rising prices are everywhere this is quite steep. It is still a good takeaway but perhaps not the automatic choice it once was.😳

The staff could be funny as they don't know anything about customer service.There is a shawarma offer before 4pm which you should tray, it's very economical.

Love it the food is lovely, good quality and good customer service.

Ordered a chicken Kiev pizza and all I can say is that you get better food in prison! Pizza is as thin as a piece of paper, chicken is dry, literally looks like slop on a bit of bread. Absolutely disgusting! Rang them up and staff were rude! Literally wouldn’t order from here don’t know how people can give them 5 stars

I don’t know what happened here. Asked for a kebab and it came in a box all separated, with a bread bun on one side, a bit of salad on the other side and a heap of undercooked pink looking meat in the middle of the box. This was not the kind of kebab we had in mind?! Didn’t notice the dodgy meat until we got home and decided not to risk eating it. The two guys behind the counter looked stressed and there was a smell of burning while we were in there. We had never been before, just popped in after seeing it across the road from the Beaconsfield pub and fancying a kebab on the way home. It wasn’t late, about 9pm but it took absolutely ages. We won’t be going back.

Absolutely delicious..... best pizzas Ive tasted in a long time. Delivery was quick too. Try the Lemon Cheesecake.... OMG its divine. Will travel to use this pizza place but well worth it!

Overall a great place to order takeaway, especially the kebab (in my opinion), friendly and helpful staff, good delivery times. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a good takeaway meal for a good price.

Took 2 hours for delivery (35 minutes later than expected) and all my food is freezing cold. Also forgot my large bottle of pop. What is the point of providing this kinda service. Will never go back again

Bought a pizza was completely uncooked. The dough was still so raw that I was able to roll it back into a ball after peeling the cheese off. Usually very nice but when the owner is not in I find the pizza is never cooked properly and staff on the phone try to tell me there is no way pizza is uncooked as it is double checked. This is not the first time either.

Well where to start if you hate garlic you will be ok here, because all I could taste on my cheesy garlic pizza was vegetable oil not garlic good job the base was thick so as to soak it up.Now let's sum up the main pizza ham and pineapple with garlic, crust to thick not dough more like bread and no taste of garlic just vegetable oil, the only good thing about this pizza was the box it came in.
