Love this nice little M&S store. I will definitely visit this regularly now! Great gluten free options.

My Mam lost my belated Dad's wedding ring.. Your Team Valley store did have a lost wedding ring that had been found.. Unfortunately it wasn't my Dad's ring.. Your staff were absolutely lovely with my Mam.. Extremely helpful.. Very attentive..I was really impressed with everyone involved.. Your staff are amazing.. Thank you for making the food shopping experience calm, organised and trauma free! I visited this morning at 8.00 a.m. and the queueing system was very organised. Met for coffee with a friend I had not seen in a while and was a good place to meet. Staff were having a discussion at the tills when I arrived but after a second or 2 one of them said there was a customer so promptly stopped to serve me. I just had a flat white which was served quickly and was very nice. Price wise it is no more expensive than other grocery store cafes. Was very clean and plenty of staff to facilitate all the customers, all in all, very pleasant and would definitely recommend popping in for coffee if you are passing.

Great selection of ready meals and very good quality. Very nice cafe upstairs, if a bit small and cramped. The tiny clothes outlet upstairs with the cafe, in my opinion, does not offer much choice and I think it would be better to do away with it and expand the cafe.

Visited restaurant - excellent variety of foods and drinks available at reasonable prices. Service excellent and staff friendly and helpful. On leaving looked around food department which had a wide range of foodstuffs to cater for all tastes. Enjoyed my experience.

Use the cafe on a daily basis. The food and coffee is spot on but the tables are forever dirty and have trays, cups etc all over, doesn’t seem to be enough staff.Shop on the other hand has everything you need. Nice and clean and very organised.Although don’t understand why there’s only women’s clothing upstairs. Never anyone in it, I think it needs changed to something better. Maybe the children’s bit would be more popular.

Nice friendly helpful staff in the cafe and the store. Always enjoy lovely cup of earl grey tea along with a toasted teacake or toasted sandwich. They also do a lovely latte coffee nice clean pleasant surroundings.

Brilliant store, friendly staff everything you need healthy eating, double doors for disabled access. Fab x super clean.

Decent enough M&S, quite a wide range of products in the shop itself although could be better organised with wither aisles and slightly less intrusive staff trying to barge past at every opportunity.Cafe is generally better. Much quieter and more presentable, fairly limited choice for substantial meals but a nice range of cakes and snacks. Very nice views from the huge wall-length windows too.
