Third visit and always good. Lunch time was nice a quiet and the staff were really eager to help

Went at 7pm for pizza very slow service waited 50 minutes for delivery of pizza asking after 30 minutes where it was and being told you always have to wait 25 minutes but it would be another 5 minutes for it to be served maybe management team need to review kitchen staffing level’s and maybe a smile or two from other staff

My daughter and I went to pizza express metro centre today for dinner. We will not go again!. We sat down and waited. As we were very hungry and it was taking a while to get a menu my daughter decided to order via the app. Just as she was about to complete it the waitress came over and said don't use that it's slow and doesn't always work. So we ordered with her. I asked for prawns and my daughter wanted chicken wings but they ran out so she ordered calamari. The girl came back and said no prawns so we cancelled the starters and went for mains. I ordered chicken ceaser salad and my daughter ordered goats cheese Red onion and spinach pizza. We asked for some olives while we waited. After a while the mains arrived and then the olives. We wanted the olives before the mains. My daughters pizza arrived. It was VERY sparsely topped. She said it was nice but was no where near worth th almost £15 price. My ceaser salad arrived with no dressing whatsoever. I tasted the lettuce and all I could taste was fish, very fishy. I asked the waitress why there was no dressing. She apologised and took it away. She returned with the same meal and a tiny egg cup sized amount of dressing in a pot. I said the salad should be tossed in the dressing. She agreed. I said it also tastes VERY fishy and asked her to take it away. She offered me a menu again to choose some thing else telling me the bolognaise was off and the ravioli was off. By the time she came back to take my order my daughter was just about finished her food. I said there was no point in ordering more food now. She just said OK. We paid and lef nearly £30 for a poor pizza, a glass of wine and a coke oh and a few olives. Rubbish value, rubbish choice as so many things offand lack of good customer service. We won't be back. NB I have been before and it was great, what's gone wrong?t.

Always amazing food and really great service. Never any compliants and the Pollo Forza has the greatest combination of flavours in the history of pizza pies 🤙👍🔥

Today (sunday) I went with my 3 friends to eat, food was amazing although the service not so much. The whole process of ordering was really REALLY slow (only two members of staff for a full restaurant) we had to ask for simple things as knife, fork and pizza cutter and even after asking the pizza cutter never came. When asking for napkins I was told to wait a second and she never came back.Overall not really happy with the experience.

Went for O2 priority £5 pizza and couldn't fault it. Upgraded to Romana and tried the barbecoa pizza, definitely didn't regret it! Well worth the 1.95 extra. 3yr old son loved his dough balls and pizza, so much he kept telling us on the way home. Staff friendly and chatty and couldn't be more helpful. Nice job pizza express.

Went for my daughters birthday, easy to book, the 5 girls were well looked after and I was able to sit at a separate table and drink coffee. They all had the kids menu, and even accommodated the veggie who wanted a chicken salad without the chicken. Definitely worth it at £60 for 5 3 course meals 5 drinks plus 3 coffees. Totally a no brainier.Excellent customer service.

Very impressed with everything here. Didn't really know what to expect but can't complain about a single thing. Staff were very attentive and friendly, but not overbearing. The atmosphere was great despite it being very quiet that day - and the food itself was great too.More expensive than you might anticipate but not unreasonable by any means. Ideal to share, which we chose to do.

We had our daughter's birthday party here and all the children had a great time making their own pizzas under the guidance of our very own PE chef, and then eating them later as part of the party menu. The waitress, Danni, who was assigned to host the party was brilliant with the children and everyone had a great time.We had a whole Pizza Express chocolate cake for the birthday cake which was a real treat. Everyone took a piece home as they were all pretty full by then. We thought the price was fairly reasonable given that they got to deal with all the mess and provided everything except party bags. We were able to pay with Tesco vouchers too, although this was a new thing and seems to change from time to time.
