Pizza Hut in Gateshead

All staff team were extremely friendly, efficient and polite. Great customer service is important and they delivered brilliantly. Gluten free pizza best ever tasted. Veggie pizza also best ever tasted. Very happy, will definitely return. Ten out of ten! 👏👍✨️

Pasta is out of the fridge, max 20 c , the manager is rude . He said he check the temperatureis 60c . He need to flow away the temperature gauge. The worst pizza hut in Newcastle

Can't go wrong, decent enough food, prices are average to good for what you get. Unlimited drinks is a massive plus. Can get quite busy on the weekends but you can normally get seated during the week.

Stressful having to order via an app when I don't go online much. Could have done with some help from the staff as it wasn't busy, but I was told by 2 different staff members to follow the info on the table, rather embarrassing!! If it wasn't for my grandson I would have walked out.

very cheap food. got all you can eat unlimited refills and everything. ice cream included all for £10. unfortunately if you don’t have a card you can’t pay so that made it hard for some to order and was an inconvenience. that was the only downside

Ive eaten here several times but after this visit wont be back.I really dislike that you now cannot order without using their app, no cash taken at all. The staff seat you, appear with your food when you've ordered on the app and you dont see them apart from that. No friendly customer service, no check backs and what feels like bare minimum effort.On this occasion, the food was also mediocre at best. At 5.95 for cheesy garlic bread, we received greasy, cold french stick style slices with a ration on cheese. I did complain, and was offered a replacement but i had almost finished my pizza by the time a staff member walked past so didnt want it by then.The condiment choices were poor, but my friend did ask for mayonnaise and was brought one of the salad bar bowls with a dollop of what was obviously the cheapest catering mayo. It was white, and flavourless.The restaurant felt soulless, hollow and no one seemed overjoyed to be there.Very disappointing from a big name pizza brand!

It's a pizza hut. You know you're going to get a deep pizza, not an amazing one, but if you wanted that then you need to go Italy. It tastes fine, fills a corner and the salad bar is still the ultimate highlight.

Ordered a individual Pepperoni Feast which the menu says is loaded with pepperoni, pepperoni and more pepperoni.It had 18 see-through slices of pepperoni and they charge you almost 12 quid for it.Talk about misleading menu. Pure f.... SCAM.Very friendly staff but that doesn't weigh up for the the lack of pepperoni.

Can't really go wrong with pizzas and a few side orders of fries, BBQ chicken wings, cheese bites and onion rings! Attentive waiting staff, social distancing in place and a one way entry and exit system. Hand sanitiser stations at the entrance.

Went for lunch during a birthday shopping trip, prices are really good, staff were friendly and not overbearing. Ordered lunch buffet and unlimited drinks so were left to help ourselves. Food tasted good and could tell it was fresh as new dishes were put out three times just while we were there, the stations were always topped up and place was really clean.
