Pizza Luciano in Gateshead

Stone cold kebab wraps x2 but chips red hot. Rang and was given a load of verbal on how I’m wrong etcOffered fresh but too late in night!Told I’m wrong and leave what review I want and take up with uberRude, aggressive and would not listen

Shocking burnt burgers and kebab, when I rang about it, I just got the reply of am not being funny but that is how we cook it! Apparently it has to be cooked that way to make sure it's cooked through! Never have I been served a kebab or burger like this and will definitely not order again, can't believe their lack of customer service

I have used this pizza shop for the last 15 years . This is the only one I use the food is all ways hot and very tasty

Food its self was lovely. But the wraps were so small 4 bits of tikka in the wrap donner wraps wernt much better. Quite disappointed 😞

Always used this pizza shop,food has always been spot on, he was only given the one star for not filling out paperwork,Quality of food is excellent,also masood is a spot on bloke,dont let the one star put you off .

Lucianos make the best pizza I've ever tasted it's a Mexican no 2 The staff are excellent very pleasant and polite

disgusting, they delivered the wrong pizza and then blamed my order. wouldnt order from there if i was dieing of starvation #stichybuckets

3 pizzas , all very tasteful . chips & dips very nice . delivered on time . Will definitely be using this pizza shop again .
