Amazing meal at Raval tonight. First class food and great attentive service.

We had an 8pm reservation and got took in at 820, because they had had a lot of people earlier in, i couldnt understand that logic. Anyway we thought the food was just ok, lots of better restaurants around. The place was empty for a Saturday evening and despite this, the food took ages to come, the service was poor, our plates from the popodoms and pickles did not taken away for ages and only after who i presumed was the manager nodded to a waiter to tend to us. They forgot about our naan bread and it arrived cold after we reminded them. They said they would knock it off the bill and when bill arrived it was on, when i challenged it they said they had taken the discretionery service charge off instead. When i challenged that service charge that i dont need to pay, the naan and service charge got taken off. I would not go back there, as i say better Indian restaurants by far nearby.

Food was poor having been to india several times it tastes the same as their street food very watery not the quality for the price you pay and the deserts were served to you very over priced ever dish was nearly chicken no prawn dishes I've travel the UK and this was the worst ever won't be going back

Had a Just Eat delivery from here, arrived piping hot in speedy time and with friendly driver. Meal was well packaged and tasted delicious. I got a Garlic Nan which smelled lovely and tasted equally dipped in my Goan Fish Curry, the sauce was amazing and there was plenty of fish in the curry. As for the Manjal Chicken Tikka starter i would say it was really nice, could do with some jazzing up tho, i felt it was just a tasty chicken breast that i would have had with a main meal not a starter. Anyways all in all it was tasty and i would recommend the Goan Fish Curry if you like fish and authentic currys.

Really good food, I have tried the vegetarian options packed full of lentils and chickpeas. Classy looking restaurant and good service. Great for pre show before going to The Sage. Prices are a bit more than other restaurants in the area or it would have been 5 stars.Takeout is a bit cheaper which is good.

Lovely room, nice and spacious with tables well apart (good for social distancing). Prices are a bit above your run of the mill Indian, but worth it for the quality of food. Some interesting and novel dishes alongside old favourites. The kitchen is visible through a glass divider so you can see how spotless it is and watch the chefs create. Wine choice was sadly limited, although there is an interesting and separate gin menu instead! Really enjoyed my meal here.

Very friendly and welcoming team. Reasonable choice of dishes, although you may notice some of the 'standard' Indian restaurant ones missing, there is enough to choose from. Had the Tamil Chicken Madras and it was delicious. If you're not a picky eater, you'll find something to enjoy. Recommended.

Best Indian restaurant in the north east.Food was fantastic, service was excellent, extremely happy with my meal. A modern take on classic Indian food, simply delicious.

Fantastic Indian food, really explodes with flavour. Nice gin menu & wide choice of beers to accompany it as well. Staff are great here, attentive but discreet: Safi asked to be mentioned by name, so got gotta respect that. Would definitely recommend & we'll be back for sure.
