Popped in before the cinema last night. From start to finish the staff were attentive and lovely.The food came out so quickly and so fresh.The atmosphere with the music and the staff enjoying themselves really topped it off.Will definitely be back

Had a fabulous night last night for my Nieces birthday. Food was delicious, staff were amazing. Very attentivive. Fabulous young lady called abbie singing. All of the little ones in our party were dancing and having fun. Will definitely be going back again. Highly recommend it.

Best Sundays lunch I have ever had. Cooked to perfection and tasty. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Today we visited Sambuca, Gateshead, Newcastle, we approached the bar ask for a table, bar tender was busy dealing with an order, she eye contact with a few times without saying anything; we waited 5 minutes before bar staff asking us if we wanted a table, we asked for a table. On the bar counter I noticed that the fruits being used for clients drink weren't fresh and had been their for some time. We gave them a benefit of doubt and orded drinks before being seated on our table, shortly after our drinks came in well decorated wine type glasses however the fruits looked the same as the ones on the counter they were not fresh, the glass itself was dirty and had stains. We wanted to order pizza however that was also a long wait, only after 30 minutes the waiter approached our table to ask if we wanted any food. By that time we were already dissatisfied with their customer service and hygiene level, so we advised the waiter that we were no longer interested in ordering any food, the waiter looked at as and in an arrogant manner said "okay then" as rushed to another table, rushed so fast that he dropped his ordering booklet, which I then handed to him when leaving Sambuca. Would I and my family go there again? I doubt it, go there at your own risk.

Been this evening 3 of us I had potato skins & marina pasta , my partner had soup & carbonara our daughter had spaghetti bolognaise then we all had ice cream 2 finish off A absolute bargain at £26.45 highly recommend .

Great value for money and food good.We had the special menu and is really good for the money. Staff were friendly and although they were short staffed the wait wasn't too long between courses. Cocktails were pretty good too.

Brilliant time and superb food every time we have been. Been looked after each time by a fantastic waitress (Shawna). Not sure if the name spelling is correct.Definitely worth the money, steaks are amazing.

I had my daughters 4th birthday here this evening, and honestly as always we were given absolute amazing service. I love this restaurant so much its honestly the most lush, welcoming and friendly environment. Our waitress Shauna totally accommodated us in every single way and was just lush with our little girl. The added pic says it all, thank you so much for making my little girls birthday so special 💗

Found this place while on a hen night. From the moment we walked in we was greeted with a beaming smile by our waitress Amanda she was so helpful and friendly thank~you for a wonderful experience and amazing food!! 😁

It was amazing.The food was lovely, their cheese cake was amazing. I would 100% recommend going there for some lovely food.The staff have amazing humour, they kept us satisfied and laughing the whole time we were there.They really take care of you.
