Somethin's Brewin' in Gateshead

Really popular bar and an absolutely ideal location for catching a little sunshine when it appears. Nice staff and good beers too. Damn steep though, but that's somewhat standard for a place of this stature. The overall picture here though is definitely a big positive, but do not rock up expecting to sink a load of Carling.

Nice place, lots of seating and tables. Have an app to order food and drink to your table. Toilets are clean and they have outdoor heaters too.

Lovely location, drinks are nice & you can try different types as they're not your usual, they brew several different types. Staff are always friendly & it's great to be outdoors, right beside the river with fantastic views of Newcastle & the bridges.

Awesome little micro brewery with good seating. Can’t help but being upset they stopped brewing Heed banger a local staple. Please brew more of your own beer guys 😔

Ordered food through the app as instructed, order failed 3 times but I still got charged twice for food I did not recieve. I am still getting charged 2 weeks after my visit. Disgusting!Also beer is very over priced £7 for a pint. Would not recommend.

Visited on a Wednesday so the tap room and coffee shop was the only things open.Little bit disappointed that they only had one of their own beers on. However they had a good choice of other breweries

Incredible experience sitting by the Tyne at the dawn. Really nice light effects on the bridges around us, excellent fire at the back and good drink service because food took twenty minutes to come. It was good music but pointing over the river. Very polite bouncers at the entrance.

Great experience. Beer is great with a good choice of own brewed and guest craft beers. Great place to visit on nights like these.

The location is just perfect! Great outdoor seating and just such a cool and novel place. Beers were fab and the restaurant that is attached had some of thee best food me, my partner and my sister had ever tasted! Very very impressed and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
