Staff were very friendly and had a good knowledge of allergens. Food was great. The only let down was the table hadn't been cleaned very well before our arrival. It looked clean but it was sticky which was a little off putting. We would go back again though

We were seated but it was over an hour before we got our food, then wrong order came and there was a wait for the rest. They were told when booking and by phone that one required a Gluten Free menu which proved difficult to get and not very good when ordering.

Really like it here, have visited twice this month, a great time was had in both occasions. Good menu with something for everyone, nice friendly atmosphere. Would recommend a visit.

Great staff and fantastic food!

Not bad, I had the mussels they were great! But we came out smelling in cooking which is never a nice end.

Brilliant welcome from virtually all the staff. Swiftly taken to our 13.15. booked table for three people. Attentive drinks server who was friendly and served us swiftly. The place was very busy (no surprise) but food service and quality rightly deserve a five star marking at an amazingly affordable price. Shame we live in Cheshire but would unhesitatingly recommend it to anyone if in the area. Brilliant.

Always amazing, the food is outstanding. I had the Braised beef feather blade dinner on Sunday and it melts in the mouth,my daughter had her favourite Carbonara, and my fiance had Stallion pizza, all absolutely delicious. The staff are so very friendly and accommodating and are just so lovely, chatty and family like, love it there 😁👍🏻💓

Absolutely cannot recommend enough. Gorgeous food, lovely atmosphere, the wait staff were very friendly and the cocktails were delicious. I love the decor and its very clean and well maintained. Definitely give this place a visit!

From the owners of Sale Pepe in Consett, Durham.Food tasted really good. Couldn’t fault it at all.Staff could have done with being more attentive eg. I waited quite a while to ask for dessert and then the bill before somebody approached us.Will still be back though as it’s become my new favourite place to eat at.
