One of the best Chinese takeaways in the area. Very friendly staff. Easy to order ahead on the phone. They accept card payments which is great. My favourite is the spicy beef and black beans sauce (stuff of legends)

Food is fantastic and service is great. Best chinese takeaway we have had. Good portions lots of sauce nothing overly salted. Its became our regular. Prices are fair and for a meal for 4 people came to £60 with all the trimmings etc

Usually great and never complain but had one Friday and I’ve got the worst food poisoning of my life , throwing up constantly as well as never away from the toilet . Hot and cold shivers night sweats etc . Genuinely think if an elderly person ate what I did they would no longer be here . Unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again

So the wife wanted something that wasn't on the menu and sun wah delivered. When a takeaway is willing to go above and beyond the call of duty that's a great takeaway. She ordered deep fried shredded chicken in satay sauce with crispy noodles and she said was the best she had ever had. My chicken in Cantonese is allways great. Thanks sun wah express. Regards lee

Genuinely good food.... I was looking forward to one of my favourite dishes from my childhood... Liver and onions! Disappointed to find out that they don't do liver.... But they will bring the food to you if you pay them 😎

Although there are several OK Chinese takeaways in our area, I have used Sun Wah for a number of years, the only bad point being that on some evenings when they are busy, ( Fri /Saturday ) there is sometimes a long wait for food to be prepared and orders completed.I would honestly say that this is one of the best around, never had a bad meal and food/service is fantastic,When I say never had a bad meal, I don't mean that we are easily pleased, far from it, as I am one of the pickiest eaters around, and really fussy about chicken or beef, even more fussy with Pork !!would thoroughly recommend them.Chaow.
