Taste of Spice in Gateshead

1st time here for a takeaway,won't be the last had a sly drink while i waited 20mins for food really nice.great service.

First meal chicken tikka masala from Spice Connection reminded me of Brighton Grove takeaway, I was a customer there for 18 years,Had my second meal yesterday a variation of the first and it works for me,I'm now going to work my way through the menu and probably visit for the recommended dine in experience,

Had a fantastic 1st visit last night at the recommendation of a work colleague - the food was fabulous and the owner super friendly - highly recommended

We often get a carry out from here. The food is excellent with plenty of meat in the curry. It's friendly, and the restaurant area is welcoming. We've eaten in several times too, and it never disappoints.

Highly recommended. Ordered a take away to be delivered, customer service on the phobe was outstanding. Came in the expected time and tasted amazing!Was reasonably priced and will definitely order again.

Perfect as ever. Very reasonable priced for the quality and portion size. I've tried other local curry houses but don't come close to the food and friendly service here. Strongly recommended

I ordered a takeaway from here last night and can honestly say it was the best I have had for ages!! I ordered Chicken Dansak which is my favourite but had been really disappointed the last few times of ordering from a couple of other well known local places. The sauce didn't feel boring (if anyone knows what I mean by that) and the chicken was delicious!! Recommended to all my friends and family!! 😋

Having looked at the Restraunt on google and reading the reviews, myself and my wife went down for our wedding Anniversary and was not disappointed. The staff was so welcoming , cheerfull and helpfull and the food was plentyfull and so tasty. Will deffinatly be back even try the take away service.

Having heard great reviews we decided to have a drive through from Chester le Street last night to try a takeaway, we weren’t disappointed!The food was absolutely fantastic, the quality of the ingredients are superb, the food was on par if not better than some of the more popular restaurants in Newcastle. The only slight niggle was that the nans were a slight bit ‘doughy’ but that’s just a personal taste thing.I will definitely be returning sooner rather than later.
