First time at the green food was very nice no complaints will be returning service was also very good

We’ve just been to The Green, Wardley for lunch and we couldn’t fault the service, the food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. Will definitely go back for a mid week lunch.

First visit and we weren't disappointed. Food was excellent, staff were friendly even though they were understaffed and it was very busy. We were told the waiting time for food was half an hour and it was. We will definitely be returning.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have no idea what happened today but the customer service was shocking and after booking Sunday lunch told most things were sold out. Why not tell customers the the minute they arrive before ordering drinks. I have been to the green many times but will never return again. Absolute waste of time and money. Staff were that disinterested we could of walked out without paying. Staff were more concerned about a staff member who was dining. I won't be returning again.

Live locally, but have never actually been, my daughter’s football team were given 2 free meals for a gift as we are raising funds take the team on a tournament to Barcelona next year, the green gave us a prize to help raise funds. I won two dinners, so brought the family for dinner.Have to say, it was very nice, nice selection of real ale too.Thanks for the support, and we will be back.

Beautiful Sunday lunch the Yorkshire pudding was home made massive and delicious the beef melted in your mouth and there was loads of it the roasted carrots and potatoes were amazing as was the creamy mash the 3 veg were cooked to perfection and the gravy was stunning. The service was exceptional so friendly and informative

Nice friendly staff, very pleasant surounding and very good food. We went for sunday lunch which I found out is served till 6pm and we were not disappointed.if your a mash potatoes lover, this is available to purchase as a side dish.

The pub is splitted in a bar and a separate restaurant section, both with plenty of space. Friendly and helpful staff. The food has a decent quality. There is a parking space direct in front/beside the building which makes it easy to come by car. Will come again.
