Lovely little cafe in Waterstones Metro, beautiful smell of new books as you walk in, lots of book choice and friendly knowledgeable staff. They have some really nice gifts and jigsaws too . One of my favourite shops ❤

Enjoyed our first experience of a Watersones coffee and sandwich, and would certainly go again. Staff very helpful and friendly plus food and coffee was nice too

Any high street bookstore has got to get 5 stars. Always happy to support over online retailers. Great places to browse, meet up, etc.. oh and they sell books.

Waterstones truly has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced as a customer in any capacity. We were absolutely blown away by the knowledge, patience and helpfulness of the staff during our visit. The staff spent time helping us locate and order every item we needed and remained patient throughout. We will certainly be returning!

Had a lovely coffee and cake with my wife and kids today, delicious and the staff were just exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. And they don’t know it but they complimented my son on what he was wearing and it absolutely made his day as he had received negative comments previously that had upset him. Their small act of kindness made his heart soar and touched us too. What an amazing set of staff you have. Brilliant brilliant brilliant!!!

Great place, however they didn’t have the book we was looking for, the staff looked everywhere the computer said 4 in stock but after searching for the book, the staff was unable to get the book.We ended up buying Harry Potter, but this was a let down. Ended up using amazon
