Spot on! Several screens on for the euros! Large setup in the beer garden if you wish to sit outside.Staff very friendly and welcoming.Covid secure with table service for drinks and staff wearing face masks and adhering to social distancing.Not overly busy for a England so meant service was fast.Keep up the good work.

Good service friendly staff we are mystery shoppers and found the food was good fish and chips plus mussy peas . What else can you say .

I'm aware times are tough but I thought we lived in Hartlepool, not London, which is what these prices would leave you to believe. The aesthetic was nice though, and they have live music, which will set you back a fiver, but that's understandable.All in all, I wouldn't come back, but it was nice to hang out in their garden with the good weather we've been having.

I got a chicken burger yesterday that they cooked on the bbq right in front of me while I waited, it was unreal it tasted and looked incredible full of taste, best in town by far, it was realy filling I don't think they could of put any more chicken in it if they tried, would recommend the food here to anyone, really fun and friendly staff making me feel welcome from the start, definitely be back again

Really friendly service and a great atmosphere. I so wanted to give a 5*review on the food as it looked fab....but, unfortunately the taste of the food didnt live up to expectation and it wasnt cheap (£14 for the steak) sorry !

Its canny enough, the beer is ok and the prices are reasonable. Not the best bar in town in my opinion but no where near the worst and we will drink in there again and sit in beer garden with our bikes or dogs enjoying the sea views.

Great atmosphere, never had food but from what I have seen it looks tasty. Good beer and drink selection. Themed cosy sorrounding.

Took the grandchildren for lunch today. Food was not up to the usual standard. They had put salt on the children's chips! I mentioned this and was told to read the menu properly as it apparently stated the chips were pre salted. If it did state that on the menu it was not obvious. For a family orientated pub we were very disappointed. Our food was pretty basic for the price too. Burgers are well over priced too. Will only go for drinks in future.

Lovely food often come to Hornsey's only let down is chips should be home cooked. Staff will also cook when asked lovely friendly atmosphere always return. Home cooked chips if possible. Update. You never know when they are cooking or not,shame you can't rely on them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! We came here at 4:45pm and went to order food at 4:58pm at no point were we told there would be a long wait for food. Our number was 110 for 3 beef burgers. I went back to the bar after 30 mins to chase up our food and spoke to crystal who stated she was the manager and owner and was told by her colleague that our food will be a maximum of another 30 mins. It ended up turning 6:15pm and no meals had arrived. I spoke to the manager again and explained I wanted a refund and our food for the appalling wait. She said she could EITHER give us a refund or our food, obviously we wanted our food but we were treated disgustingly so deserved a refund. The manager basically made our decision for me and gave me the refund and stormed to the kitchen and when she came back she said our food have to be thrown out. Explained to her that this was totally unacceptable and I wanted to speak to someone higher but she said there was no one higher up. And she continued to talk over me and say " I'm not going to stand here and argue I have work to do " and she walked away. If she is the manager she should not deserve this role for the disgusting way sh treats her customers who basically pay for their business to keep running. I will be taking this further and I will be making sure that this review is shared on every single review site.
