Kfc in Hartlepool

Food was top notch, same as any KFC , the building is in such a state, it needs a refurbishment, if I hadn't of booked ahead i would have driven past thinking it was shut. Info screens not working. Hand written notes about service. A printed sheet taped to a window saying order here, as again info screen wasn't on.

Food good all staff stood talking behind counter we were in for 30 minutes and no staff attempted to clear or wipe down tables or floor

I bought 10 mini fillets, the chicken was juicy but the batter is too salty and dark in colour, it’s obvious they had changed oil long ago, the same thing happened last month with chicken on bone, same Harlepool store. It spoiled the entire appetite to have KFC

I hate leaving poor reviews but after a recent visit whilst on a weekend away, this KFC is without doubt, the worst example I have ever visited.Dirty tables. Ignorant staff. Delivery drivers hogging the counter for no reason other than to lean on it and help spread covid and Cold chips.Note to higher management, start again with the staff, they are killing this branch.

Drive through, wed 29 june teatime.. Ordered a big bucket for one, extra chips, diet coke.. Got home no drink, drove back, the manager was so, so professional, asked for my money back, no problem, then to my surprise, offered me fresh new meal also, onto of my refund ... Absolutely brilliant service, no ifs, or buts, other companies should take notice... I'm so sorry, I forgot to get your name manager, as I was not very well.. EXCELLENT SERVICE

Awful. The order machine broke meaning I had to wait 10 minute before I could get my order taken. Then my order goes through at 12:27 and it wasn’t ready until13.02It’s an absolute joke. Will never come here again. Do not come to this kfc unless you fancy wasting your day for poor food…

First impression of this place....filthy! One table was clean(ish) in the whole restaurant and I still had to clear the previous customers waste from it before we could sit down! Service was slow as the staff were more than happy to discuss their friends love life. Every customer that entered was surprised by the amount of rubbish all over the floor. The guy that appeared to be the manager seemed non-plussed that the place was a mess and spent his break enjoying his food and talking to one of his friends that had came in. At one point a female member of staff did appear at the counter door carrying a brush and pan but then decided the floor didn't require sweeping so left it.Food was okay after the slow service, more the cleanliness of the outlet that was off-putting.

What should have been a simple order turned out to be an awful experience. Items paid for and not received ( too far to return upon being aware of the short order ).Chicken dry and like leather ( ended upIn the garbage ).For something so simple- this failed on every level .Staff were pleasant , but unfortunately did not check my order before I left the premises .

This is the worst KFC outlet in the country, they don't serve you Kentucky Fried Chicken, but Kentucky Burnt Chicken. The chicken is almost always over fried till the colour is dark brown and the chickens is too tough to eat. Last week I bought Zinger tower burger box meal and it was like eating pork scratchings. The zinger fillet was so hard and salty. However the KFC at Wolviston Services is much better and have great consistency in their menus. I have decided to go to Wolviston from now on even if it is further for me. Hartlepool Marina KFC is consistently performing poorly.

Chicken didn't appear to be breast and the salad dressing was all over the chicken which was not advertised this way. The salad dressing was shown as on the salad. With the chicken plain. Rice was lovely.
