Beef Sunday dinner , tasteless wish I new it had been taken over , won't eat here again staff didn't have a clue

Ordered Christmas dinner for myself and 4 colleagues but didn't want the 3 course meal offered, wanted a buffet style meal which Liberty's did without issue. I collected the food as they couldn't deliver when we needed it, but that was my fault as i didn't give much notice. Our meal was lovely we could have fed 7 or 8 veggies were well cooked, the roasties were so tasty and I'm not a fan of turkey but was very good too. We also got sweets my colleagues enjoyed the cheesecakes and mince pies overall great service and food, I do hope the new owners succeed as my experiences I've had so far are very positive

I ordered a sunday lunch for pick up and was told the earliest would be an hour. I went to pick up after 1 hour and i said I've ordered a lunch the names ian. They said what size and what meat I told them and she said I'll do it now. I thought what's the point in ordering and waiting an hour if I have to place my order when I get there and still wait. Now the food. The beef was soft and tasty the vegetables were good with a little cruch as they should be the mash was a bit watery and half my roastys were burnt black. so 3/5 it's just a shame for burnt food.

Called in today at 10:51am , asked for a bacon butty, was told bacon finishes at 11am, didnt offer to spend 2 minutes frying a slice of bacon, promtly left, companies that cant be bothered to make a sandwich "on the fly" wont be revisited, wasnt even 11am.

Delicious dinner today , would definitely recomend it .

Ordered food to collect and this is the second time that the food has been dished out that was clearly from the day before. Not acceptable when your paying for food to be made fresh. The first time was a burger that was so dry it was like cardboard. Clearly reheated. Thinking it might of been a one off I ordered a second time. It was a full breakfast and the sausage was dried out and the beans were all dry with next to no sauce with them. Not a chance they were fresh that day. What makes it worse is we ordered as they opened so there's no excuse really. Previously to these two orders the foods always been nice. Just a shame that these two instances have let it down.

Food was lovely when I ordered last week, fast delivery and the staff are polite and friendly. I have had deliveries twice now to my place of work with no errors and was waiting for third time lucky for a 5 star review however that is not the case. I was late ordering last week and was left with mince and dumplings that wasn't my first choice but it was nice none the less, so this week decided I'd try to pre order for my lunch time at work. It was only 10:55am at the time of the call so thought I'd left my self plenty of time for a time slot and after being told there was no time slots and it would arrive within the hour i was a little disappointed but still placed my order and made arrangements to take my dinner early (my boss wasn't happy) then after a further 20 mins past the hour still no lunch so I phoned and was told I was in the 12:30-13:30 slot. So after all is said and done I'm in my bosses bad books, late back to work, and wasting away due to no lunch. I won't be returning as a customer but if you have no responsibilities and a full day to waste waiting for nice food then I'd highly reccomend.

I ordered 2 dinners at 11.30 and was told it would be 1.30, we then contacted the shop at 2.20 and they said it was out for delivery, still waiting at 3.15 and the shop shuts at 3. Would definitely not recommend and would never use there again really unprofessional business.

Breakfast buns are stunning and the girls behind the counter are happy and friendly, what more could you want after a night shift or first thing. Could be cheaper but it's worth it.

Superb food. I have had the vegetarian Sunday lunches and the vegetarian guilt free food many times and keep going back due to how tasty it is and the excellent service provided. I get the meals delivered to my place of work.xx
