Lock Gates Limited in Hartlepool

Went there for the first time yesterday and what a lovely surprise. It was very clean and tidy, the staff very happy and helpful and friendly and the menu was full of lovely food. Great place to go even just for a coffee. Definitely going back for another all day breakfast. 👍👍

Absolutely amazing Sunday Lunch today from here! So reasonably priced, everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Service was wonderful and they were brilliant with my 2 daughters (5&6 years old). Will definitely be returning!

Quality is key within this establishment. Friendly staff, great food and ☕ coffee. A great place to eat and drink. However, beware the parking. Make sure you pay at the meter or pay a hefty fine. Highly recommended. We'll managed and tasteful surroundings.

Such a lovely breakfast/best full English I had so far and pancakes.Me and my partner had both types one each American and English. We both travel around in Uk and eat in many places.So we have loads experience when it comes to food.I am very fussy with great quality food.Food was made fresh and you can taste it.Great service too

Lovley little place friendly staff, it's only open during the day between 2:30 and 3:00pm. Food was cooked lovley and fresh cut chips not oven chips. Thought the price was reasonable

What a great restaurant. The staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome. Great menu choice, from full meals to snacks, all reasonably priced. After I'd ordered I saw so many other things being served, that I liked the look and smell of, I made mental notes for my next visit. The food was freshly prepared, well presented and tasted great.Highly recommended.

Lovely breakfast as always, great vegan options too. Dog friendly, making it a fantastic way to end a nice stroll. Staff always so friendly, makes a massive difference, keep up the good work guys, we will be back x😁👍

Visited here recently for breakfast after travelling to Hartlepool to bury my grandmothers ashes. The staff were very friendly, the menu was extensive (There's a fully vegan menu also) and the food is freshly prepared and tastes very good. It's just what you want from a café Decent grub coffee and prices.I'd definitely visit again if ever in the area.

Excellent food. Service very good too considering how busy it was today. I would definitely recommend the fish and chips! We will be back 😁

Absolutely brilliant location, friendly staff, lovely food and amazing value for money! Doggy friendly too so what's not to like! Looks out over hartlepool marina and with the sun shining today we could have been in the Mediterranean!! Fantastic place
