Marks & Spencer in Hartlepool

Went to M&S cafe at hartlepool. I've never ever met such a lovely team in the cafe dept. They are so helpful, polite and most definitely happy in their jobs. WELL DONE YOU GIRLS AT M&S CAFE!!!!!

The staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. The shop tends to stock the basics as it is quite small. The shop and staff are just what you expect from the Marks and Spencer brand - and the Percy Pig cake in a jar is addictive!

Mark's and Spencer's- conning customersTo cut a long story short , I tried to buy a gastropub meal for 2 for £10, all items were selected from the same fridge with the same branding and logo, except some of the items I selected were not part of the deal. In my opinion it was impossible to distinguish which items were and which items were not part of the deal.How many customers have selected items thinking they were getting a deal but not.I AM SURE M AND S KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING- THIS IS VERY WRONG.I brought this to the attention of the very unpleasant store manageress who was totally uninterested and basically did not not have any time for me.I regularly shop in M and S but I think I will take most of my custom elsewhere

Great selection of food, top quality. Excellent staff, always helpful and friendly.

This review is absolutely not for the shop staff or its food, but my goodness the coffee shop is a joke. I had forgotten to scan in (test and trace) and the lady who asked me was rude and abrupt. We then waited a good 10minutes while 2 staff made toast and tea for the person infront of us... not one on the till and one making the food, 2 staff stood waiting and chatting by the toast machine while we waited to be served. After 5 more minutes of waiting and being ignored we left.

So convenient, a fairly good selection for the size of the store. However, the staff are amazing. They are always so helpful and very friendly, so much so that it feels like a traditional corner shop. Can't fault them at all.

Love M+S Food always quality produce and staff are excellent, always friend and helpful. A stop in the restaurant is a MUST and the tea is the best. Good choice for a tasty snack or a treat .

Very nice food and delicious coffee from the café. Nice seating including sofas by the tinted window. Didn't shop here, but just your typical M&S foodhall and staff seemed nice enough.

Firstly good access for both able and disabled. Parking is free, some disabled spaces are available. This isn't the biggest M & S but what it lacks in size it more than makes up for in quality and range of produce. Staff are all very helpful. They also have a nice cafe with some tasty treats.
