Mcdonald's Restaurants in Hartlepool

Ordered a quarter pounder only for it to be a quarter pounder burger in a small seeded bun !! I do not like seeded buns..shame I went through the drive through or I would have gone in the restaurant to complain. Plus my fries were not hot !!!!! NEVER AGAIN

Yet again went to drive through on marina way n gave me Fanta instead of sprite, no barbacue sauce no curry sauce. It was all on the order screen.wish they would get staff who can read. Plus yet again no mcflurries.

Took 2 grandkids today for dinner we were greeted by a member of staff to be told no fizzy drinks and no hot drinks so we ordered strawberry milkshake with Ower meals to be told they don't have any strawberry milkshake left

Most of time your order is never right - doesn't matter how basic the order is its wrong. Make sure you check your order before you drive away at least it can be rectified before you leave.

Terrible. Drivers kept parking in disabled bays with no badges including of duty yellow taxi as well as mouthy Just eat Drivers 1 of who swore at me. Called in on phone when in disabled parking bay of legit use with blue badge spoke to female Manager who told the Taxi man that was using his Yellow Taxi as a delivery for Just eat, to move his car and she mentioned she would speak to the Just eat Drivers to do the same silly really as their is ample space elsewhere Just pure laziness other than that the shift manager was nice however the meal too 40 mins from parking up to getting it out the door.

SHOCKING!!I was charged for 3 single sausage and egg mcmuffins which was £7.49 when all i wanted was 3 sausages on their own. This was for my son who is allergic to some of their products. (Not the sausage). When i complained about it they said it is policy to charge for single meals when wanting single items. Absolutely shocking!!!!!!!. Will not be back.!!!!!

Simple order 3 meals in total all large. What I got was 1.5 meals and they were stone cold! Chips were limp almost soggy and cold! The burger that I did get, was thrown together from the other end of the room! Standards eh!

Was clean and tidy however very disappointed in the service. I ordered via the screen with my grandson, one customer stood at the counter, no numbers available for table service so went to the counter, counted 9 staff behind the counter waited 14 minutes to be served, 1 person behind the counter with a coat on, assuming a staff member waiting to leave, taking fries from the box with his fingers before dropping it in the brown paper bag which was obviously someone's order, my coffee was prepared at least 5 minutes before the 2 happy meals, I ordered 1 book and 1 toy and got 2 toys. Deliveries and drive through certainly seemed to get priority certainly not fast food. Certainly won't be going there again

Young gentleman that served me was excellent 👌 actually asked if i wanted source and sugar for coffee top man .
