Starbucks in Hartlepool

Staff are very helpful and good coffee, however serious issue with dogs and cleanliness. I am allergic to dogs, however in todays society it seems peanut allergy is more important. Dogs freely roaming around the store means I can not and will not be back.

I can never say anything bad about Starbucks, I love their food and drink. I am normally a caramel and hazelnut decaf latte. And it is always delicious :)

I always go here with my friends for a catch up, we never have a problem with this Starbucks the staff are lovely and friendly and they make a lush peach iced tea, thank you 😊

Lovely coffee shop, cafe late is nice and so is the ice cream. I've been a few times before.

I ordered through" Just Eat".. I am one person and I ordered from the breakfast menu for delivery. My order was a Latte £4.00 and a Butter croissant £2.50?. I duly paid for the order including the delivery charge and the " Just Eat" fee coming to nearly £10.00.The Order was accepted by the restaurant and a delivery time was given. As the earliest of the delivery times approached my order was Cancelled without any explanation. Despite the app showing that the driver had been assigned.What hurts the most is the fact that was cancelled without explanation. This was to be my First experience of using Starbucks in Hartlepool. It will now be my last. I can only assume that my order was not financially viable for them to deliver. Despite the fact that I paid the delivery charge . It stated no minimum order so there is no reason that it should have been cancelled.

Doesn't accept cash payments, parking is restricted, drive through lane is badly sized for larger vehicles and the staff that man the head sets struggle to understand anything other than a local accent. Can't review something I cant buy due the contact less payments only issue so its a 1 star unit I'm able to actually buy something from here with cash.

Staff are so very friendly and helpful. Wonderful atmosphere and always very clean inside. Water bowls outside in seating area for pets too

Empty cups & plates everywhere & never seem to be collected , dirty tables & floor needs good sweep , coffee was great though shame I couldn't enjoy it in a nicer surroundings

Entered nearly empty restaurant, however all tables had rubbish on them, full of empty cups, paper bags, plates. Out of 15 tables maybe 2 were empty. The employees didn't look too busy, especially there wasn't many other customers at the time. We left 10 minutes later and no one has even started to clean a single table, but they didn't look like they intended to do that anyway... The place was simply disgusting.

Love the atmosphere of this store - travelling around the country for work - Starbucks tend to become a second office and this one is warm and welcoming with great staff. Can’t mention everyone but received particularly great service from Clare, Greg, Anna and Amy but I am sure the rest of the team are equally as accommodating.Would definitely recommend a visit if you are local.
