Amigo's Pizzeria in Middlesbrough

Not as good as it used to be must be a change of owners or staff used to be lovely every time now it’s abit of a let down.

Friendly staff, good food and good prices.

A bad experience also there hygiene rating is 3 and gave me an old bread. Returned back the food. Will not recommend it.

First time ordering and last. Pizza was like rubber, parmesan burnt and very chewy. Chicken kebab was inner fillets and lots of grizzle. Chilli sauce tasted like ketchup, and garlic sauce had too much water mixed in. Salad was not pickled. Overall very dissappointed.

Food not bad but waiting for food with drunks walking about outside and drug dealing going on outside of the shop .felt really uncomfortable

We live in Londonderry in Northern Ireland, and when ever we visit relatives in Middlesbrough, we always make sure we come here, love, love, love your kebabs, and have to always take one home for my daughter

Absolutely disgusting parmo. No taste, no bechemel sauce , in fact tasted like this was bought from the freezer in lidls and just put in the oven.I had to throw away after only just a few bites. This does not deserve one star.

Couldn't find my flat saying there using postcode then could not find it then get told refund be back on my card and 4.5 days according to email didn't end up with food worst service I have ever received and doing 13 hour shift and now no dinner in lock down wast time

Ordered by mistake from this place thinking it was another place (papas pizza) pizza was soggy as hell there was about 7 chips and stale burger. Fair to say worst I’ve tasted. Made me feel sick.

Pizza was delivered cold and undercooked so I complained. Was not offered any recompense so I asked if they could replace to which they asked me to bring it in. I asked for a delivery as i didn't have a car. They picked it up eventually then called me and basically said I was lying and there was nothing wrong with the pizza. I obviously disagreed otherwise why would I send it back, I was hungry! But my other big issue is about the way in which my complaint was handled, it was absolutely amateur, guy was also very rude. 0 marks for customer service. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Needless to say i told them to keep the pizza and my money they obviously need all the help they can get for staff training. Won't be going back after years of using them. Shame but if they treat customers like this it is to be expected. Only takes one bad experience to ruin things.
