Bianco's Pizzeria in Middlesbrough

Place took my order and my money and then closed ill be at the shop tomorrow I want my money back and don't use this place there a joke used to be so nice but now the food if it shows is cold greasy and cheap seriously if you order from here after this review you'll be sorely disappointed

Three teenage kids in the shop. The main chef who normally cooks the meat packing the orders. Special chicken kebab was nearly alive it was that under cooked. Got to be the worst kebab I’ve ever tasted.

Used this place for years.. never had issues. Ordered online tonight like I have in the past… food didn’t arrive. Called up to be told it hasn’t been sent as I’m out of the delivery area… had food delivered numerous times before mind. Then I was told they had been trying to contact me.. strange I’ve no missed calls/missed call alert texts… my number is up to date in my account on the website/app. I then get told when I was last in that I can’t have deliveries… another lie I’ve never been told that and I haven’t been inside for ages. If I was told that why would I order online and wait around nearly 2 hours? Think you need to update your website and app then cause it is still showing delivery is available to my address! Certainly won’t be back.

Called in for a simple doner kebab. Staff members smoking in the rear doorway and then came in without washing their hands. Place looks and feels dirty, food was awful and looked like something a sick dog would throw up. Used to be a real decent place this but must have changed hands. Probably will rely on people popping in when falling out the local pubs. I'd rather go hungry. Avoid like the plague.

Abysmal, such a let down. Biancos used to be my go to for local pizza, go back 12 months and I would have guaranteed you the best pizza in the Eston/Grangetown area. My initial response this evening was to ring the store, but I thought better of that, as the people on the other end of the phone aren't able to give the driver a simple instruction to come to the back gate or we won't hear them, they certainly won't take note of my complaint. That was problem 1. Problem 2 simply, is that the pizza wasn't just cold, it was bloody frigid. The final problem? We ordered a tub of garlic, unfortunately we only got half a tub, as the other half of the sauce has spilled out of the crushed container and gone all over the pizza box. Would have returned this mess of a delivery if the wife hadnt asked me not to due to not wanting a fuss about tea at 22:00.Wanted to leave this review in the hopes I could save at least one person future disappointment. I will not be using biancos again, full stop.

Very nice Margherita Pizza, bread was a tiny bit undercooked but the cheese was lovley, very fast service and incredibly nice staff, would recommend to anyone passing by!

Just ordered two parmos chips salad and it was absolutely disgusting chicken was like rubber and burnt salad was dry as a bone chips were freezing waste of 20 pound never ever again rotten wouldn't even give my dogs this to finish off went straight in the bin out the back do not order from bianco people it's not worth 1 star

My partner always orders from here usually no problems from the odd mistake. But tonight fair to say I'm put of for life. Worst pizza I've ever tasted. The lot went in the bin. Was freezing cold and soggy and didn't smell great either. Also forgot the garlic again. Won't be ordering here no more. Was looking forward to our tea as not eaten all day but it was vile.

orderd had a mixed kebab and pepperoni pizza. must say it was awful. ended up in the bin. no taste to it. will not ordering from there ever again.

This pizza shop has the monopoly in the area and the prices reflect that.They can charge what they like and do.Unfortunately the quality of the food is poor. The portions are average and the food is often tasteless. I've found they use far too much oil and overcook the produce.It's a pity really as I remember them serving a decent takeaway in the early 50's.While I'm here i'd like to say a RIP to the Fall front man Marc E Smith who passed over yesterday.These are the days.
